Description
本発明は、容器を収容して保持するために適する容器ホルダ及び複数の本発明の容器ホルダを有する容器キャリアに関する。
非常に様々な自動化学分析装置が、従来の技術で公知であり、病院、診療所及び研究所で広く使用されている。当該装置の特に有名な例は、分析器の多重チャネル方式である。当該分析器では、一連の異なるテストが、互いに同時に且つ並行に実施される。当該通常の多重チャネル分析器は、試料中に存在する特別な組成と反応させて、当該試料の感染力、吸収作用、色彩、光学特性又はその他の総括的な電気特性若しくは物理特性における変化をもたらすために液体又は固体の試薬を一般に使用する。当該多重チャネル分析器と一緒に、光学システム及び電気化学検出器手段が、反応速度又は試料中の組成の濃度等を測定するために使用される。当該化学分析器は、免疫血液学における凝集アッセイを実施するための分析器を含み得る。
本発明の課題は、容器ホルダが、容器を受け取るときに、この容器ホルダ内のこの容器の存在を検出し、この容器が受け取られるときに、この容器をしっかりと保持し、この容器の直径を測定することができる当該容器ホルダを提供することにある。
前記容器ホルダは、少なくとも1つの前記支持部材の旋回角度に比例する既定の距離に沿って移動するように、前記ベースフレーム内に可動に取り付けられ且つ力伝達部を通じて前記支持部材の下端部に接続された変位要素をさらに有すること、及び
前記容器が、前記容器ホルダ内に受け取られたときに、少なくともこの容器の直径を測定するように、変位センサが、前記変位要素の前記既定の距離を検出することを特徴とする、独立請求項の導入部分に記載の容器ホルダによって解決される。
本発明は、例示され且つ図面によって示された実施の形態の説明からより良好に理解される。
図1は、本発明の容器ホルダ1の第1の実施の形態の全体図である。この容器ホルダ1は、容器2を分析器システム(図示せず)内に据え付けるためにこの容器2を受け取って保持するために適している。この容器ホルダ1は、当該容器2を受け取って保持するためにベースフレーム3を有する下端部上に搭載される。この理由のため、中心孔9が、ベースプレート3の上面に設けられている。図2及び3は、2つの異なる直径を成す容器2を有する容器ホルダ1の断面を示す。

Claims (11)
- 或る直径を有する容器を受け取って保持するために適する容器ホルダであって、この容器ホルダは、或る直径を有する前記容器を受け取るための1つのベースフレームと、少なくとも1つの支持部材とを有する当該容器ホルダにおいて、
容器の不存在中の第1位置と、容器が前記ベースフレーム内に受け取られているときの第2位置との間で旋回するように、少なくとも1つの前記支持部材が、前記ベースフレーム上に旋回式に取り付けられていて、
前記容器ホルダは、少なくとも1つの前記支持部材の旋回角度に比例する既定の距離に沿って移動するように、前記ベースフレーム内に可動に取り付けられ且つ力伝達部を通じて前記支持部材の下端部に接続された変位要素をさらに有し、
前記容器が、前記容器ホルダ内に受け取られたときに、少なくともこの容器の直径を測定するように、変位センサが、前記変位要素の前記既定の距離を検出する当該容器ホルダ。 - 前記力伝達部は、前記支持部材の下端部に連結された前記要素のフランジである請求項1に記載の容器ホルダ。
- 前記力伝達部は、前記支持部材の下端部の歯付きラックに連結された歯付き要素である請求項1に記載の容器ホルダ。
- 少なくとも1つの前記支持部材は、リベット又はスイベルを通じて前記ベースフレーム上に旋回式に取り付けられている請求項1に記載の容器ホルダ。
- 前記変位要素は、スプリングと一緒にピン上に可動に取り付けられている請求項1に記載の容器ホルダ(1)。
- 上面内の垂直凹部又はホールが、前記支持部材を収容するために前記ベースフレーム内に設けられている請求項1に記載の容器ホルダ(1)。
- 少なくとも1つの前記支持部材は、前記第2位置で前記容器を保持する請求項1に記載の容器ホルダ(1)。
- 前記容器ホルダは、前記ベースフレームの周りに等間隔に離れている3つの支持部材を有する請求項1に記載の容器ホルダ(1)。
- 容器が前記容器ホルダ内に受け取られるときに、変位センサ又は別のセンサが、この容器の存在を検出し、さらに、容器が、前記ベースフレーム内に受け取られるときに知らせるため、警告ユニットが、前記センサに接続されている請求項1に記載の容器ホルダ(1)。
- 自動化学分析器内に収容されるために適し且つ複数の容器ホルダと1つの変位センサとを有する容器キャリアにおいて、
各容器ホルダが、或る直径を有する容器を受け取って保持するために適し、且つ前記容器を受け取るための1つのベースフレームと、少なくとも1つの支持部材とを有し、
容器の不存在中の第1位置と、容器が前記ベースフレーム内に受け取られているときの第2位置との間で旋回するように、少なくとも1つの前記支持部材が、前記ベースフレーム上に旋回式に取り付けられていること、
各容器ホルダは、少なくとも1つの前記支持部材の旋回角度に比例する既定の距離に沿って移動するように、前記ベースフレーム内に可動に取り付けられ且つ力伝達部を通じて前記支持部材の下端部に接続された変位要素をさらに有すること、及び
前記容器が、前記容器ホルダ内に受け取られたときに、少なくともこの容器の直径を測定するように、変位センサが、前記変位要素の前記既定の距離を検出する当該容器キャリア。 - 前記容器キャリアは、通信ユニットをさらに有し、この通信ユニットは、複数の前記変位センサの各変位センサによって提供されたセンサ信号を制御装置に送信するための送信ユニットを有する請求項10に記載の容器キャリア。
