Description
表1に示す処方(単位:質量部)において各成分(混練対象物)を、図1に示す混練機1の導入口4からそれぞれ導入し、樹脂混練物を得た。なお、処方例1により調製された樹脂混練物を実施例1とし、処方例2により調製された樹脂混練物を実施例2とした。
表1に示す処方2(単位:質量部)において各成分(混練対象物)を、図3に示す混練機40の導入口4からそれぞれ導入し、樹脂混練物(実施例3)を得た。
図1に示す混練機1のパイプ部12を、フィードスクリュー部9に変更した混練機を用意した。
YSLV−80XY:エポキシ樹脂(新日鐵化学社製)
MEH7851SS:フェノール樹脂(明和化成社製)
2PHZ−PW:イミダゾール(四国化成工業社製)
SIBSTAR:エラストマー(ポリスチレン−ポリイソブチレン共重合体)(カネカ社製)
充填剤:無機充填剤(溶融シリカ)(FB−9454、電気化学工業社製)100質量部に対して、シランカップリング剤(KBM403、信越化学工業社製)0.1質量部を添加して、表面処理したもの。

(評価)
(1)気孔数測定
各実施例および各比較例において得られた樹脂混練物について、樹脂混練物中の気孔数を次のように測定した。その結果を表2に示す。
研磨機:BUEHLER社製 AUTOMET3000
1)初期研磨条件
研磨紙番手:240番、研磨紙台座回転数:50rpm(1/60s−1)、試料加圧力:5〜8、研磨時間:3〜5min
2)2段階目研磨条件
研磨紙番手:600番、研磨紙台座回転数:50rpm(1/60s−1)、試料加圧力:8〜10、研磨時間3〜5min
3)3段階目研磨条件
研磨紙に代えて、適量の水を混合した研磨粉(MICROPOLISH 0.3)を使用した。
研磨した各試験片における混練物の2mm×2mmの範囲について、デジタルマイクロスコープ(KEYENCE社製:VHX−500、観察倍率:100倍)により、気孔数および気孔径を観察した。図6に実施例1の樹脂混練物の断面のデジタルマイクロスコープ写真を示す。また、図7〜図9に実施例2の樹脂混練物の断面(第1観察箇所〜第3観察箇所)のデジタルマイクロスコープ写真を示す。
実施例2において得られた樹脂混練物について、水分量を調整し、各水分量(200ppm、500ppm、800ppm)における樹脂混練物中の気孔数を次のように測定した。その結果を表3に示す。

- 表面積4.00mm2当たりにおける、気孔径20μm以上の気孔数が30個以下である樹脂混練物であって、
樹脂と、充填剤とを含有し、
前記充填剤の含有割合は、前記樹脂混練物100質量部に対して、60〜95質量部であることを特徴とする、樹脂混練物。 - 水分量が、0〜800ppmであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の樹脂混練物。
- 表面積4.00mm 2 当たりにおける、気孔径20μm以上の気孔数が30個以下である樹脂シートであって、
樹脂と、充填剤とを含有し、
前記充填剤の含有割合は、前記樹脂シート100質量部に対して、60〜95質量部であることを特徴とする、樹脂シート。 - 混練対象物を混練機により混練する樹脂混練物の製造方法であって、
前記混練機は、
バレルと、前記バレル内に挿通される混練軸とを備え、
前記バレルには、一端側に、混練対象物を前記バレルの内部に導入するための導入部と、他端側に、前記混練対象物が混練された樹脂混練物を前記バレルの外部に吐出するための吐出部とが形成され、
前記混練軸は、前記混練軸の軸線方向における前記導入部と前記吐出部との間に、前記混練対象物を混練する混練部分と、前記混練部分よりも前記吐出部側に配置され、前記混練軸の軸線方向に沿って、凹凸がないように延びる平滑面を有する低せん断部分とを備え、
前記吐出部は、前記混練軸の径方向に投影したときに、前記低せん断部分と重なるように配置され、
前記混練対象物は、前記混練機の前記導入部から、前記バレルの内部に導入され、
前記樹脂混練物は、前記吐出部から吐出され、表面積4.00mm 2 当たりにおける、気孔径20μm以上の気孔数が30個以下であることを特徴とする、樹脂混練物の製造方法。 - 混練対象物を混練機により混練する樹脂混練物の製造方法であって、
前記混練機は、
バレルと、前記バレル内に挿通される混練軸とを備え、
前記バレルには、一端側に、混練対象物を前記バレルの内部に導入するための導入部と、他端側に、前記混練対象物が混練された樹脂混練物を前記バレルの外部に吐出するための吐出部とが形成され、
前記混練軸は、前記混練軸の軸線方向における前記導入部と前記吐出部との間に、前記混練対象物を混練する混練部分と、前記混練部分よりも前記吐出部側に配置され、前記混練軸の軸線方向に沿って、凹凸がないように延びる平滑面を有する低せん断部分とを備え、
前記バレルの他端部は、前記吐出部として形成され、
前記低せん断部分は、その遊端部が前記吐出部から突出するように延設され、
前記混練対象物は、前記混練機の前記導入部から、前記バレルの内部に導入され、
前記樹脂混練物は、前記吐出部から吐出され、表面積4.00mm 2 当たりにおける、気孔径20μm以上の気孔数が30個以下であることを特徴とする、樹脂混練物の製造方法。 - 前記混練対象物は、樹脂と、充填剤とを含有し、
