Claims (3)
- 下水汚泥を焼却する焼却炉の閉塞危険性を評価する焼却炉閉塞危険性評価方法であって、
前記下水汚泥に含まれ、前記焼却炉の燃焼温度よりも高い融点のりん化合物を形成可能な複数の金属元素である高融点金属元素が結合可能なりんの量である結合可能量を特定する結合可能量特定ステップと、
前記下水汚泥に含まれるりんの量である包含量を特定する包含量特定ステップと、
前記結合可能量と、前記包含量との比である評価指標を算出する評価指標算出ステップとを有し、
前記結合可能量特定ステップでは、前記焼却炉により前記下水汚泥を焼却した焼却灰に含まれる、前記高融点金属元素を含む所定の化合物の質量割合を分析し、その質量割合に基づいて、前記結合可能量を特定し、
前記包含量特定ステップでは、前記焼却炉により前記下水汚泥を焼却した焼却灰に含まれる前記りんの化合物の質量割合を分析し、その質量割合に基づいて、前記包含量を特定する焼却炉閉塞危険性評価方法。 - 複数の前記高融点金属元素は、Al、Fe、Ca、及びMgを含む請求項1に記載の焼却炉閉塞危険性評価方法。
- 下水処理場から排出される、複数の時点におけるそれぞれの下水汚泥の所定の焼却炉による焼却灰の色を特定するとともに、それぞれの前記下水汚泥を焼却した焼却灰に含まれ、前記焼却炉の燃焼温度よりも高い融点のりん化合物を形成可能な複数の金属元素である高融点金属元素が結合可能なりんの量である結合可能量と、前記下水汚泥を焼却した焼却灰に含まれるりんの量である包含量と、の比である評価指標を算出する色評価指標特定ステップと、
前記焼却炉の閉塞を防止する基準とする評価指標に対応する前記焼却灰の色である基準色を特定する基準色特定ステップと、
前記焼却炉で焼却された焼却灰の色を特定する焼却灰色特定ステップと、
前記焼却灰色特定ステップで特定した前記焼却灰の色と、前記基準色とに基づいて、前記焼却炉への灰付着を防止するための所定の金属元素を含む付着防止薬剤を前記下水汚泥へ添加するか否かを判定する添加判定ステップと、
前記添加判定ステップの判定結果に従がって、前記付着防止薬剤を前記下水汚泥に添加する添加ステップと、を有する焼却炉閉塞防止方法。
