Claims (5)
- 車輪側部材を装着自在な外壁部と、
前記外壁部に対向してサスペンション部材の内部に配置自在な内壁部と、
前記外壁部の周端部及び前記内壁部の周端部同士を連絡する側周壁部と、
を備え、
前記サスペンション部材に装着自在な金属製のサスペンション部材用エンドプレートの製造方法であって、
前記外壁部の中央部と前記内壁部の中央部とを連通すると共に、前記車輪側部材に設けられた侵入部を侵入自在な貫通孔を形成する工程と、
前記内壁部における前記貫通孔の周縁部に沿って延在すると共に、前記周縁部を陥設した凹部が形成された第1のプレス成形部を成形する第1のプレス成形工程と、
前記内壁部における前記第1のプレス成形部が配された部分の残部であって前記内壁部の前記周端部の側における周縁部の一部に配されると共に、その一部を突設した凸部が形成された第2のプレス成形部を成形する第2のプレス成形工程と、
前記第2のプレス成形部における前記凸部を前記外壁部及び前記内壁部間で貫通したネジ孔を形成する工程と、
を備えたサスペンション部材用エンドプレートの製造方法。 - 前記第1のプレス成形部における前記凹部は、前記内壁部から前記外壁部に向かう押圧力を印加する前記第1のプレス成形工程によって形成され、
前記第2のプレス成形部における前記凸部は、前記外壁部から前記内壁部に向かう押圧力を印加する前記第2のプレス成形工程によって形成される請求項1に記載のサスペンション部材用エンドプレートの製造方法。 - 前記第2のプレス成形部における前記凸部は、前記第1のプレス成形部における前記凹部を囲むように複数個配される請求項1又は2に記載のサスペンション部材用エンドプレートの製造方法。
- 前記内壁部の前記周端部の側における前記周縁部は、前記エンドプレートの板状の母部材の板厚を維持した板厚を有するリブ形状を呈する請求項1から3のいずれかに記載のサスペンション部材用エンドプレートの製造方法。
- 前記リブ形状を呈する前記周縁部は、前記第1のプレス成形部における前記凹部を囲むように複数個配される前記凸部間を連絡して延在する請求項4に記載のサスペンション部材用エンドプレートの製造方法。
