Claims (10)
- 燃料供給装置(1)であって、フィーダー燃料循環(4)を備え、該フィーダー燃料循環(4)により、第1ポンプ装置(6)を通して、第1燃料タイプ用の第1燃料タンク(12)から第1燃料が、又は第2燃料タイプ用の第2燃料タンク(13)から第2燃料が、混合タンク(14)に向かう方向に供給可能であり、また、前記燃料供給装置(1)はブースター燃料循環(5)を備え、該ブースター燃料循環(5)により第2ポンプ装置(21)を通して、燃料が前記混合タンク(14)から、少なくとも一つの船舶ディーゼル燃焼機関(2、3)に向かう方向に供給可能である燃料供給装置(1)において、前記混合タンク(14)から少なくとも1つの船舶ディーゼル燃焼機関(2、3)を経て混合タンクへ戻る流路において前記ブースター燃料循環(5)から前記第1燃料タンク(12)に接続する燃料排出管(39)が分岐し、該燃料排出管(39)内には制御弁(41)が取り付けられており、該制御弁(41)は、前記フィーダー燃料循環(4)内の流量測定装置(17)の測定信号に応じて、当該船舶ディーゼル燃焼機関(2、3)の又は各船舶ディーゼル燃焼機関(2、3)の燃料消費量とは無関係に、前記フィーダー燃料循環(4)から一定の量の燃料が前記混合タンク(14)に供給可能であるように制御可能であり、
前記混合タンク(14)から少なくとも1つの船舶ディーゼル燃焼機関(2、3)を経て混合タンクへ戻る流路と、前記混合タンク(14)との間には、第1シャットオフバルブ・バルブ(38)が設けられることを特徴とする、燃料供給装置。 - 前記燃料排出管(39)が、前記混合タンク(14)から少なくとも1つの船舶ディーゼル燃焼機関(2、3)を経て混合タンクへ戻る流路において前記ブースター燃料循環(5)のリターンライン(23)から分岐することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の燃料供給装置。
- 前記燃料排出管(39)が前記第1燃料タンク(12)に通じていることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の燃料供給装置。
- 前記ブースター燃料循環(5)のリターンライン(23)に前記混合タンク(14)から少なくとも1つの船舶ディーゼル燃焼機関(2、3)を経て混合タンクへ戻る流路において第1シャットオフバルブ・バルブ(38)が取り付けられており、前記燃料排出管(39)が前記第1シャットオフバルブ・バルブ(38)の上流で前記リターンライン(23)から分岐し、前記燃料排出管(39)には第2シャットオフバルブ・バルブ(40)が取り付けられ、該第2シャットオフバルブ・バルブ(40)は前記制御弁(41)に並列に取り付けられていることを特徴とする、請求項2又は3に記載の燃料供給装置。
- 前記第1ポンプ装置(6)の下流から分岐して前記第1ポンプ装置(6)の上流に接続される循環路(15)を備えており、
通常運転モードにおいては前記フィーダー燃料循環(4)の前記第1ポンプ装置(6)が、前記第1燃料又は前記第2燃料の第1供給量流をそれぞれの燃料タンク(12、13)から吸引して、前記第1供給量流のうちの第1の部分供給流量を前記混合タンク(14)に向かう方向に供給し、前記第1供給量流のうちの第2の部分供給流量を前記循環路(15)内を循環させ、さらに、通常運転モードにおいて前記ブースター燃料循環(5)の前記第2ポンプ装置(21)が、前記第1供給量流より大きい第2供給量流で、燃料を前記混合タンク(14)から吸引して当該船舶ディーゼル燃焼機関(2、3)又は各船舶ディーゼル燃焼機関(2、3)に向かう方向に供給し、当該船舶ディーゼル燃焼機関(2、3)又は各船舶ディーゼル燃焼機関(2、3)内で燃焼されなかった燃料は前記混合タンク(14)に戻され、前記第1ポンプ装置(6)が、当該船舶ディーゼル燃焼機関(2、3)の又は各船舶ディーゼル燃焼機関(2、3)の運転のために前記第1燃料タイプから前記第2燃料タイプに切り換えられる切換運転モードにおいて、前記第2燃料を前記第2燃料タンクから第3供給量流で吸引し、該第3供給量流は前記第1供給量流より大きくなるように、前記フィーダー燃料循環(4)の前記第1ポンプ装置(6)が構成されており、前記第1シャットオフバルブ・バルブ(38)は通常運転モードでは開かれ、切換運転モードでは閉じられ、前記第2シャットオフバルブ・バルブ(40)は通常運転モードにおいては閉じられ、切換運転モードにおいては開かれることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の燃料供給装置。 - 前記第1ポンプ装置(6)が切換運転モードにおいて前記第2燃料を第3供給量流で吸引し、この第3供給量流の第1部分供給流量が、前記混合タンク(14)に向かう方向に供給され、その第1部分供給流量は、前記ブースター燃料循環(5)の第2供給量流に相当するよう、前記フィーダー燃料循環(4)の前記第1ポンプ装置(6)が構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の燃料供給装置。
- 請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の燃料供給装置を運転するための方法であって、前記制御弁(41)は、前記フィーダー燃料循環(4)内の流量測定装置(17)の測定信号に応じて、当該船舶ディーゼル燃焼機関(2、3)の又は各船舶ディーゼル燃焼機関(2、3)の燃料消費量とは関係なく、前記フィーダー燃料循環(4)から一定の量の燃料が前記混合タンク内に供給されるように制御されることを特徴とする方法。
- 前記制御弁(41)の制御が、前記流量測定装置(17)の測定信号に応じて、通常運転モードから切換運転モードへの切り換えの前に行われ、それにより当該船舶ディーゼル燃焼機関(2、3)の又は各船舶ディーゼル燃焼機関(2、3)の燃料消費量とは無関係に、前記ブースター燃料循環(5)の冷却が確実に行われることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 通常運転モードから切換運転モードに切り換えるためにまず、前記フィーダー燃料循環(4)の前記第1ポンプ装置(6)が前記第1供給量流から前記第3供給量流に切換えられ、次に、前記第2シャットオフバルブ・バルブ(40)が開かれ、前記第1シャットオフバルブ・バルブ(38)が閉じられることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 切換運転モードから通常運転モードに切り換えるために、まず、前記第1シャットオフバルブ・バルブ(38)が開かれ、前記第2シャットオフバルブ・バルブ(40)が閉じられ、次に前記フィーダー燃料循環(4)の前記第1ポンプ装置(6)が前記第3供給量流から前記第1供給量流に切換えられることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の方法。
