Claims (5)
- セメント製造工程の廃熱を利用して汚泥を乾燥させ、
該乾燥させた汚泥と、前記セメント製造工程から回収した塩化カリウムとを混合することを特徴とする肥料製造方法。 - 前記廃熱は、セメントキルンの窯尻から最下段サイクロンに至るまでのキルン排ガス流路より抽気した燃焼ガスの一部の有する熱であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の肥料製造方法。
- セメントキルンの窯尻から最下段サイクロンに至るまでのキルン排ガス流路より抽気した燃焼ガスの一部を冷却し、
該冷却により生成したダストを分級し、
該分級により得られた微粉を水洗し、
該水洗によって得られたろ液を乾燥して得られた乾燥物を前記塩化カリウム源とすることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の肥料製造方法。 - セメントキルンの窯尻から最下段サイクロンに至るまでのキルン排ガス流路より燃焼ガスの一部を抽気したガス中のダストを水洗する水洗装置と、
該水洗装置によって水洗した後のろ液を前記抽気したガスを用いて乾燥させる第1の乾燥装置と、
前記抽気したガスを用いて汚泥を乾燥させる第2の乾燥装置と、
前記第1及び第2の乾燥装置による乾燥物を混合して造粒する造粒装置とを備えることを特徴とする肥料製造装置。 - 前記第1の乾燥装置は、前記抽気したガスを用いて昇温させた空気を前記ろ液に直接接触させて該ろ液を乾燥させることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の肥料製造装置。
