Claims (6)
- 少なくとも1つの熱交換プレート(1、13)を含み、前記熱交換プレート(1、13)の少なくとも1つは、圧痕(14、15)を示す少なくとも1つの部分を含み、対応する設計の熱交換プレート(1、13)の対応する圧痕(14、15)に対して配置されている、プレート式熱交換器(9)であって、
少なくとも第1の種類の圧痕(14)および少なくとも第2の種類の圧痕(15)を含み、前記第1の種類の圧痕(14)および前記第2の種類の圧痕(15)は、それぞれ実質的に六角形状および三角形状に形成され、かつ六角形状を呈する前記第1の種類の圧痕(14)の1つ1つの角が三角形状を呈する前記第2の種類の圧痕(15)の方向を指すとともに、三角形状を呈する前記第2の種類の圧痕(15)の直線が六角形状を呈する前記第1の種類の圧痕(14)と対向するように配置されていることを特徴とする、プレート式熱交換器。 - 少なくとも前記第1の種類の圧痕(14)および/または少なくとも前記第2の種類の圧痕(15)は、少なくとも一部が、直線(C、D)に沿って配置され、前記直線(C、D)は、対応する熱交換プレート(13)の側縁部に対して斜めに配置されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のプレート式熱交換器(9)。
- 少なくとも前記第1の種類の圧痕(14)および/または少なくとも前記第2の種類の圧痕(15)は、循環流体の少なくとも1つが湾曲する流体流路(27a、28a)を少なくとも部分的に流れるように、少なくとも部分的に配置されることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載のプレート式熱交換器(9)。
- 少なくとも前記第1の種類の圧痕(14)および/または少なくとも前記第2の種類の圧痕(15)は、循環流体の少なくとも1つに対する少なくとも1つの直線導管(24、25、27b、28b)が少なくとも部分的に形成されるように、部分的に配置されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のプレート式熱交換器(9)。
- 少なくとも前記第1の種類の圧痕(14)および/または少なくとも前記第2の種類の圧痕(15)は、循環流体の少なくとも1つに対する少なくとも1つの導管が、対応する熱交換プレート(13)の少なくとも1つの側縁部に平行に配置されるように、少なくとも部分的に配置されることを特徴とする、請求項3または4に記載のプレート式熱交換器
(9)。 - 前記熱交換プレート(13)の少なくとも1つは、少なくとも部分的に金属プレートおよび/または合金プレートで形成され、前記プレートは、少なくとも部分的に接着材、好ましくははんだ付けの材料(10、23)から作製されるコーティングを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載のプレート式熱交換器(9)。
