Claims (3)
- 固定盤と、
前記固定盤に対して接近または離反することができる可動盤と、
複数のトグルリンクを有し、前記トグルリンクの少なくとも1つが前記可動盤に連結されている開閉機構と、
少なくとも前記トグルリンクの1つに連結されるクロスヘッドを含み、前記可動盤を移動させることが可能な駆動装置と、
微小型開動作の際、前記可動盤の移動速度が一定となるように前記クロスヘッドを制御する制御部と、を備え、
微小型開動作の際に前記クロスヘッドが移動する移動距離を複数の区間に分割するとともに、前記可動盤の移動速度が一定となるように前記複数の区間のそれぞれについて前記クロスヘッドの速度が予め定められており、
前記制御部は、微小型開動作の際、それぞれの区間毎に前記予め定められた速度で前記クロスヘッドを移動させ、
前記複数の区間のうち、型閉じ側位置の区間は、型開き側位置の区間よりも細かい区間に分割されていることを特徴とする開閉装置。 - 請求項1記載の開閉装置を備えたことを特徴とする成形装置。
- 請求項1記載の開閉装置を用い、微小型開動作の際、前記可動盤の移動速度が一定となるように前記クロスヘッドを移動させる工程を備えたことを特徴とする成形方法。
