Description
Claims (17)
- 貫通孔、開口部又はスリット(11a)を備えた紙又は厚紙製のコア層(11)と、包装積層材の最も外側に設けられたヒート・シール可能な熱可塑性材料製の第1の層(12)と、包装積層材の他方の最も内側に設けられたヒート・シール可能な熱可塑性材料製の第2の層(13)と、前記コア層と前記最も内側の熱可塑性層との間に設けられた1つ又は複数のバリア層(14)とを備え、前記熱可塑性材料層、及び、バリア層(12、13、14)の全ては、前記コア層の前記貫通孔、開口部又はスリットの領域を含む積層材全面に広がり、前記貫通孔、開口部又はスリットの領域内で相互に積層されて、バリア層(14)と熱可塑性材料層(12、13)との膜を形成している、包装積層材(10)であって、前記包装積層材(10)は、更に、前記コア層と前記第2の最も内側の熱可塑性材料層との間に追加的紙層(15)を備え、その追加的紙層はまた、積層材全面に広がり、隣接する層に積層されており、膜が前記貫通孔、開口部又はスリットの領域内に形成されるようになっており、前記膜はまた、前記追加的紙層(15)を備える、包装積層材。
- 前記バリア層がアルミホイル(14)を備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の包装積層材。
- 前記バリア層(14b、14c)が非アルミホイル材料を含み、前記追加的紙層上に設けられるか又は被覆されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の包装積層材。
- 前記追加的紙層(15)が20〜100g/m 2 の面重量を有することを特徴とする請求項1から3までのいずれか一項に記載の包装積層材。
- 前記追加的紙層(15)が20〜70g/m 2 の面重量を有することを特徴とする請求項1から3までのいずれか一項に記載の包装積層材。
- 前記追加的紙層(15)が30〜50g/m 2 の面重量を有することを特徴とする請求項1から3までのいずれか一項に記載の包装積層材。
- 前記追加的紙層(15)が、より柔らかい紙のコア層(11c)と、前記より柔らかい紙のコア層(11c)の外側の第2の外側の追加的紙層(18)とを備える紙のサンドイッチ構造の部分であり、前記より柔らかい紙のコア層(11c)と前記第2の外側の追加的紙層(18)とが、貫通孔、開口部又はスリット(11d)を備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の包装積層材。
- 前記第2の追加的紙層(18)が20〜100g/m 2 の面重量を有することを特徴とする請求項7に記載の包装積層材。
- 前記第2の追加的紙層(18)が20〜70g/m 2 の面重量を有することを特徴とする請求項7に記載の包装積層材。
- 前記第2の追加的紙層(18)が30〜50g/m 2 の面重量を有することを特徴とする請求項7に記載の包装積層材。
- 貫通孔、開口部又はスリットを備えた紙又は厚紙製のコア層のウエブを設けるステップと、
包装積層材の外側に溶融押出しによって第1の最も外側のヒート・シール可能な熱可塑性材料製の層を被覆又は積層し、前記最も外側の層が前記貫通孔、開口部又はスリットを覆うステップと、
前記コア層の内側に第1の追加的紙層のウエブを設けるステップと、
前記コア層の内側に少なくとも1つのバリア層を設けるステップと、
前記包装積層材の最も内側に第2の最も内側のヒート・シール可能な熱可塑性材料製の層を設けるステップと、
前記第1の追加的紙層、前記少なくとも1つのバリア層、及び、前記最も内側のヒート・シール可能な熱可塑性材料製の層を相互に且つ前記コア層に積層し、その結果、前記コア層の内側に積層された全ての層が前記積層されたウエブ全面に広がり、前記コア層の前記貫通孔、開口部又はスリットの領域内で相互に且つ前記第1の最も外側のヒート・シール可能な熱可塑性材料製の層に接着して積層され、その結果前記貫通孔、開口部又はスリットの領域内で、前記コア層の内側の層が、前記最も外側のヒート・シール可能な熱可塑性材料層と一緒に、気体及び液体の透過性が削減された積層された膜を形成するステップと
を備える請求項1から10までのいずれか一項に記載の包装積層材を製造する方法。 - 前記コア層の内側に、前記第1の追加的紙層、前記少なくとも1つのバリア層、及び、前記最も内側のヒート・シール可能な熱可塑性材料製の層を積層するステップが、
ヒート・シール可能な熱可塑性接着性材料製の層に前記第1の追加的紙層を積層し、熱可塑性物質で被覆された紙層を形成するステップと、
予め製造される内側の部分的積層体を形成するように、得られた前記熱可塑性物質で被覆された紙層を、前記少なくとも1つのバリア層を含む任意の更なる内側の層に積層するステップと、
前記コア層の内側の前記熱可塑性材料層が前記貫通孔、開口部又はスリットの領域内で相互にシールされるように、前記熱可塑性材料製の中間層を設けることによって、前記予め製造される内側の部分的積層体の前記第1の追加的紙層の外側に、コア層の内側を積層するステップと
を備える、請求項11に記載の包装積層材を製造する方法。 - 前記バリア層が、加熱加圧積層形成によって前記第1の追加的紙層の熱可塑性物質で被覆された側に積層されるアルミホイルであって、該アルミホイルの積層は、該アルミホイルの他方の側に前記最も内側のヒート・シール可能な熱可塑性材料層を同時押出し被覆又は押出し積層することによる熱を使用することにより行なわれる、請求項12に記載の包装積層材を製造する方法。
- 前記バリア層が、予め被覆するステップで前記第1の追加的紙層上に被覆され、そのバリアで被覆された紙層が、続いて、前記予め積層された内側又は前記コア層に積層される、請求項11又は12のいずれか一項に記載の包装積層材を製造する方法。
- 前記第1の追加的紙層が、柔らかい紙層の中間コア層と、前記中間コア層の外側の第2の追加的紙層とを備える紙のサンドイッチ構造の部分を形成し、前記方法が、前記柔らかいコア層のウエブに前記第2の追加的紙層のウエブを積層し、続いて、前記積層材の内側の層に更に積層する前に、その結果得られた予め積層された紙のウエブに、前記貫通孔、開口部又はスリットを設けるステップを更に備える、請求項11から14までのいずれか一項に記載の包装積層材を製造する方法。
- 切断又は引き裂いて前記膜を開口する開口手段の使用を容易にするために、1つ又は複数の前記貫通孔、開口部又はスリット内の前記膜層が、前記貫通孔、開口部又はスリットの周囲でレーザ穿孔又は細長く切断される、請求項11から15までのいずれか一項に記載の包装積層材を製造する方法。
- 請求項1から10までのいずれか一項に記載の包装積層材から製造された包装容器。
