Description
Claims (12)
- 貫通孔、開口部又はスリット(11a)を備えた紙又は厚紙製のコア層(11)と、包装積層材の最も外側に設けられたヒート・シール可能な熱可塑性材料製の第1の層(12)と、包装積層材の他方の最も内側に設けられたヒート・シール可能な熱可塑性材料製の第2の層(13)と、前記コア層と前記最も内側の熱可塑性層との間に設けられた1つ又は複数のバリア層(14)とを備え、前記熱可塑性材料層、及び、バリア層(12、13、14)の全ては、前記コア層の前記貫通孔、開口部又はスリットの領域を含む積層材全面に広がり、前記孔の領域内で相互に全て積層されて、バリア層(14)と熱可塑性材料層(12、13)との膜を形成する、包装積層材(10)であって、更に、前記コア層と前記第2の最も内側の熱可塑性材料層との間に第1の追加的安定化紙層(15)を備え、その追加的紙層はまた、頑丈な膜が前記孔の領域内に形成されるように積層材全面に広がり、前記膜はまた、前記追加的安定化紙を備える、包装積層材。
- 前記バリア層がアルミホイル(14)を備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の包装積層材。
- 前記バリア層(14b、14c)が非アルミホイル材料を含み、前記追加的安定化紙層上に設けられるか又は被覆されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の包装積層材。
- 前記安定化紙層(15)が、より柔らかい紙のコア層(11)と、前記コア層の外側の第2の外側の追加的安定化紙層(18)とを備える紙のサンドイッチ構造の部分であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の包装積層材。
- 前記第1の(及び第2の)追加的安定化紙層(15、18)が20〜100g/m2、好ましくは20〜70g/m2、更に好ましくは30〜50g/m2の面重量を有することを特徴とする請求項1から4までのいずれか一項に記載の包装積層材。
- 孔、開口部又はスリットを備えた紙又は厚紙製のコア層のウエブを設けるステップと、
包装積層材の外側に溶融押出しによって第1の最も外側のヒート・シール可能な熱可塑性材料製の層を被覆又は積層し、前記最も外側の層が前記孔を覆うステップと、
前記コア層の内側に追加的安定化紙層のウエブを設けるステップと、
前記コア層の内側に少なくとも1つのバリア層を設けるステップと、
前記包装積層材の最も内側に第2の最も内側のヒート・シール可能な熱可塑性材料製の層を設けるステップと、
前記追加的安定化紙層、前記少なくとも1つのバリア層、及び、前記最も内側のヒート・シール可能な熱可塑性材料製の層を相互に且つ前記コア層に積層し、その結果、前記コア層の内側に積層された全ての層が前記積層されたウエブ全面に広がり、前記コア層の前記孔の領域内で相互に且つ前記第1の最も外側のヒート・シール可能な熱可塑性材料製の層に接着して積層され、その結果前記孔又はスリットの領域内で、前記コア層の内側の層が、前記最も外側のヒート・シール可能な熱可塑性材料層と一緒に、気体及び液体の透過性が削減された頑丈な積層された膜を形成するステップと
を備える請求項1から5までのいずれか一項に記載の包装積層材を製造する方法。 - 前記コア層の内側に層を積層するステップが、
ヒート・シール可能な熱可塑性接着性材料製の層に前記追加的安定化紙層を積層するステップと、
前記追加的安定化紙層を積層するステップにより得られた熱可塑性物質で被覆された紙層を、予め製造される内側の部分的積層を形成するように、任意の更なる内側の層に積層するステップと、
前記コア層の各側の前記熱可塑性材料層が前記孔の領域内で相互にシールされるように、前記熱可塑性材料製の中間層を設けることによって、前記予め製造される内側の部分的積層の前記追加的安定化紙層の外側にコア層の他方の内側を積層するステップと
を備える、請求項6に記載の包装積層材を製造する方法。 - 前記バリア層が、加熱加圧積層形成によって前記安定化紙層の熱可塑性物質で被覆された側に積層されるアルミホイルであって、該アルミホイルの積層は、該アルミホイルの他方の側に前記最も内側のヒート・シール可能な熱可塑性材料層を同時押出し被覆又は押出し積層することによる熱を使用することにより行なわれる、請求項7に記載の包装積層材を製造する方法。
- 前記バリア層が、予め被覆するステップで前記第1の追加的安定化紙層上に被覆され、そのバリアで被覆された紙層が、続いて、前記予め積層された内側又は前記コア層に積層される、請求項6又は7のいずれか一項に記載の包装積層材を製造する方法。
- 前記第1の安定化紙層が、前記コア層の外側に柔らかい紙層及び第2の追加的安定化紙層の中間コア層を備える紙のサンドイッチ構造の部分を形成し、前記方法が、前記柔らかいコア層のウエブに前記第2の追加的紙層のウエブを積層し、続いて、その結果得られた予め積層された紙のウエブに前記貫通孔、開口部又はスリットを設けるステップと、その後、前記積層材の内側の層に更に積層する任意のステップとを更に備える、請求項6から9までのいずれか一項に記載の包装積層材を製造する方法。
- 切断又は引き裂いて前記膜を開口する開口手段の使用を容易にするために、1つ又は複数の前記孔内の前記膜層が、前記孔の周囲でレーザ穿孔又は細長く切断される、請求項6から10までのいずれか一項に記載の包装積層材を製造する方法。
- 請求項1から5までのいずれか一項に記載の包装積層材から製造された包装容器。
