Description
Claims (4)
- 繊維の酸化処理のための酸化炉であって、
a)繊維の入口領域及び出口領域を除いて気密なハウジングと、
b)該ハウジングの内部に配置されたプロセスチャンバーと、
c)熱風が該プロセスチャンバーへと吹き出され得る吹出装置と、
d)前記プロセスチャンバーの端部領域に配置され、前記プロセスチャンバーから熱風を引き込み、且つ、複数の吸込ボックスを具備し、該複数の吸込ボックスが、互いに他方から鉛直に離間して配置されると共に熱風のための少なくとも1つの出口孔及び前記プロセスチャンバーと連通する熱風のための少なくとも1つの入口孔を一方で有する少なくとも1つの吸込装置と、
e)前記吹出装置、前記プロセスチャンバー及び前記吸込装置を通して熱風を循環させる少なくとも1つの通風機と、
f)循環熱風の流体経路に配置された少なくとも1つの加熱装置と、
g)互いに他方から鉛直に離間して配置された吸込ボックス間の間隙を通して蛇行式で繊維を案内するガイドローラーと、を有する酸化炉において、
h)前記プロセスチャンバー(6)と連通している少なくとも1つ入口孔(19a)が、前記プロセスチャンバーの中央から離間した前記吸込ボックス(19)の外方に面した側部に設けられていることを特徴とする酸化炉。 - 前記プロセスチャンバー(6)と連通している入口孔(19a)が、前記吸込ボックス(19)の2つの対向する側部に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の酸化炉。
- 前記吸込ボックス(119)間に配置された各間隙のため、エアーチャンバー(131)を有するロック装置(122)が、前記ハウジング(2)の前記入口領域(3、4)に設けられており、該エアーチャンバーが、前記間隙と連通していると共に封止壁(126)によって外気から隔離され、該封止壁が、繊維(120)のための開口部(127)のみを有すると共に加圧された空気によって駆動され得ることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2のいずれか1つに記載の酸化炉。
- カーボンファイバーの製造のための酸化炉であることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項3のいずれか1つに記載の酸化炉。
