Claims (7)
- ニホングリとなる栗の実の鬼皮および渋皮に切れ目を入れる切れ目入れ工程と、
前記切れ目入れ工程後の前記栗の実を蒸すことで、前記渋皮と前記実の間に隙間を生じさせる工程と、
前記蒸し工程後の前記栗の実をオーブンで焼く焼き工程と、を備えることを特徴とする、
焼き栗の作り方。 - 前記ニホングリの品種は、ぽろたんであることを特徴とする、
請求項1に記載の焼き栗の作り方。 - 前記蒸し工程は、蒸し時間を5分以上20分以下にすることを特徴とする、
請求項2に記載の焼き栗の作り方。 - 前記焼き工程は、オーブンで行い、かつ、焼き温度を120℃以上300℃以下にすることを特徴とする、
請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の焼き栗の作り方。 - 前記焼き工程は、オーブンで行い、かつ、焼き時間を5分以上40分以下にすることを特徴とする、
請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の焼き栗の作り方。 - 前記蒸し工程は、蒸し時間を10分以上15分以下にし、
前記焼き工程は、オーブンで行い、焼き温度を200℃以上300℃以下にし、かつ、焼き時間を5分以上10分以下にすることを特徴とする、
請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の焼き栗の作り方。 - 前記蒸し工程は、蒸し時間を5分以上15分以下にし、
前記焼き工程は、オーブンで行い、焼き温度を120℃以上150℃以下にし、かつ、焼き温度を20分以上40分以下にすることを特徴とする、
