Description
a)部品成形用の型の第1キャビティで、熱可塑性材料を射出成形する工程、

b)型の開口したキャビティ中に支持体部材を導入する、または、移す工程、
c)第一の大きさを有する拡張したキャビティを形成する、型を所定の位置まで閉じる工程、
d)第一の大きさの拡張したキャビティ中に減圧を生じさせる工程、
e)拡張したキャビティを流動材料で満たす工程、および
f)キャビティの大きさが少なくともわずかに縮小され、流動材料を満たすと同時に、および/または流動材料で満たした後に、型押し工程を行う工程。
a)熱可塑性組成物の支持体、および
b)該支持体に直接接触する少なくとも1つのポリウレタン層
を含む複合材料部材の製造方法であって、
(i)第1操作工程において、
A)芳香族ポリカーボネート、芳香族ポリエステルカーボネートおよび芳香族ポリエステルの群から選択される少なくとも1種のポリマー、成分AおよびBの合計に基づいて65.0〜90.0重量部、
B)任意にゴム変性させたビニル(コ)ポリマー、成分AおよびBの合計に基づいて10.0〜35.0重量部、および
C)少なくとも1種の市販のポリマー添加剤、成分A〜Cの合計に基づいて0〜30.0重量部
を含む熱可塑性組成物の溶融物を、第一型キャビティ中に注入した後、冷却し、
(ii)第2操作工程において、射出成形用型のキャビティを拡張し、それにより間隙を生じさせ、
(iii)第3操作工程において、
・少なくとも1種のポリイソシアネート成分、
・少なくとも1種の多官能性のH-活性化合物、および
・任意に少なくとも1種のポリウレタン添加剤および/またはプロセス補助剤
を含む反応性ポリウレタン原料混合物を、熱可塑性部材と拡張したキャビティの型表面の間のこのようにして生じさせた間隙中に、高圧または低圧装置で導入し、該ポリウレタン原料混合物を熱可塑性支持体の表面に接触させて重合させ、圧縮ポリウレタン層またはポリウレタンフォーム層を与え、
(iv)第4操作工程において、該複合材料部材を型キャビティから取り出す、
操作工程が互いに直接的に続く製造方法により達成される。
A)芳香族ポリカーボネート、芳香族ポリエステルカーボネートおよび芳香族ポリエステルの群から選択される少なくとも1種のポリマー、成分AおよびBの合計に基づいて65.0〜80.0重量部、特に70.0〜80.0重量部、および
B)任意にゴム変性させたビニル(コ)ポリマー、成分AおよびBの合計に基づいて20.0〜35.0重量部、特に20.0〜30.0重量部
を含む。
b)該支持体に直接接触する少なくとも1つのポリウレタン層
を含む複合材料部材の別の製造方法を、以下にさらに開示する:
(i)第1操作工程において、熱可塑性組成物の溶融物を第1の型キャビティ中に注入した後、冷却し、
(ii)第2操作工程において、射出成形用型のキャビティを拡張し、それにより間隙を生じさせ、
(iii)第3操作工程において、
・少なくとも1種のポリイソシアネート成分、
・少なくとも1種の多官能性のH-活性化合物、および

(iv)第4操作工程において、複合材料部材を型キャビティから取り出す、
ここで、操作工程(ii)および(iii)を複数回通過させることができ、操作工程は互いに直接に続き、操作工程(iii)においてポリウレタン側の型キャビティの温度は、支持体側(熱可塑性物質側)の型キャビティの温度よりも、少なくとも10℃、好ましくは少なくとも15℃、特に好ましくは少なくとも20℃高い。

を含み、2成分射出成形法または2成分反応射出成形法により製造された、複合材料部材に関する。
・少なくとも1種のポリイソシアネート成分、
・少なくとも1種の多官能性のH-活性化合物および
・任意に少なくとも1種のポリウレタン添加剤および/またはプロセス補助剤
を含む反応性ポリウレタン原料混合物を用いて、2成分反応射出成形法により製造され、ここで、反応性ポリウレタン原料混合物は、>90〜<125、好ましくは>100〜<120、特に好ましくは105〜115の特性値を有する。
本発明に適当な成分Aの芳香族ポリカーボネートおよびポリエステルカーボネートは文献から既知であるか、または、文献から既知の方法により製造することができる(
(芳香族ポリカーボネートの製造については、例えば、Schnell著、「ポリカーボネートの化学と物理(Chemistry and Physics of Plycarbonates) 」、Interscience Publishers、1964および DE-AS 1495626、DE-A 2232877、DE-A 2703376、DE-A 2714544、DE-A 3000610、DE-A 3832396を参照、芳香族ポリエステルカーボネートの製造については、例えばDE-A 3077934を参照)。

本発明の組成物は、成分Cとして市販のポリマー添加剤を含むことができる。考えられる成分Cの市販のポリマー添加剤は、添加剤、例えば防炎剤(例えばリン化合物、例えばリン酸エステルまたはホスホン酸エステル等、ホスホン酸アミンおよびホスファゼン、またはハロゲン化合物)、防炎加工相乗剤(例えばナノスケールの金属酸化物)、煙抑制添加剤(例えばホウ酸またはホウ酸塩)、滴下防止剤(例えば、フッ素化ポリオレフィンの物質群から選ばれる化合物、シリコーンの物質群から選ばれる化合物およびアラミド繊維)、内部滑剤、表面潤剤および離型剤(例えばペンタエリスリトールテトラステアレート、ステアリルステアレート、モンタン蝋またはポリエチレンワックス)、流動性助剤(例えば低分子量ビニル(コ)ポリマー)、帯電防止剤(例えばエチレンオキシドおよびプロピレンオキシドのブロックコポリマー、他のポリエーテルまたはポリヒドロキシエーテル、ポリエーテルアミド、ポリエステルアミドまたはスルホン酸塩)、伝導性添加剤(例えば伝導性カーボンブラックまたはカーボンナノチューブ)、成核剤、安定剤(例えばUV/光安定剤、熱安定剤、酸化防止剤、エステル交換防止剤、加水分解防止剤)、抗菌作用添加剤(例えば銀または銀塩)、引っかき抵抗性改良添加剤(例えばシリコーン油または硬質フィラー、例えばセラミック(中空)球)、IR吸収剤、蛍光増白剤、蛍光添加剤、フィラーおよび補強物質(例えばタルク、任意に粉末ガラスまたは炭素繊維、ガラスまたはセラミック(中空)球、マイカ、カオリン、CaCO3およびガラスフレーク)および染料および顔料(例えばカーボンブラック、二酸化チタンまたは酸化鉄)、B.1の定義に合致しない耐衝撃性改良剤および塩基捕捉剤としてのブレンステッド酸化合物、または上記添加剤の複数の混合物である。
ポリウレタンフォームまたは圧縮ポリウレタン層をコーティングとして使用することが好ましい。
考えられる有機発泡剤は、例えばアセトン、酢酸エチル、ハロゲン置換アルカン、例えば塩化メチレン、クロロホルム、塩化エチリデン、塩化ビニリデン、モノフルオロトリクロロメタン、クロロジフルオロメタン、ジクロロジフルオロメタン、さらにブタン、ヘキサン、ヘプタンまたはジエチルエーテルであり、考えられる無機発泡剤は、空気、CO2またはN2Oである。気体(例えば窒素)の脱離を伴い室温より高い温度で分解する化合物、例えばアゾ化合物、例えばアゾジカルボキサミドまたはアゾイソ酪酸ニトリルを添加することにより、発泡作用を達成することもできる。

単環式アミドおよび二環式アミド、ビス-(ジアルキルアミノ)アルキルエーテル、
アミド基(好ましくはホルムアミド基)を含有する第3級アミン、
第2級アミン(例えばジメチルアミン)およびアルデヒド(好ましくはホルムアルデヒド)のマンニッヒ塩基、または、ケトン(例えばアセトン、メチルエチルケトンまたはシクロヘキサノン)およびフェノール(例えばフェノール、ノニルフェノールまたはビスフェノール)のマンニッヒ塩基、
イソシアネート基に対して活性な水素原子を含有する第3級アミン(例えば、トリエタノールアミン、トリイソプロパノールアミン、N-メチルジエタノールアミン、N-エチルジエタノールアミン、N,N-ジメチルエタノールアミン)およびそれらのアルキレンオキシド、例えばプロピレンオキシドおよび/またはエチレンオキシドとの反応生成物、
第2級−第3級アミン、
炭素−ケイ素結合を有するシラアミン(2,2,4-トリメチル-2-シラモルホリンおよび1,3-ジエチルアミノメチルテトラメチルジシロキサン)、
窒素含有塩基(例えばテトラアルキル水酸化アンモニウム)、
アルカリ金属水酸化物(例えば水酸化ナトリウム)、アルカリ金属フェノラート(例えばナトリウムフェノラート)、
アルカリ金属アルコラート(例えばナトリウムメチラート)、および/または
ヘキサヒドロトリアジン
である。
考えられる乳化剤は、例えば、ヒマシ油スルホネートのナトリウム塩またはアミンを有する脂肪酸の塩、例えばジエチルアミンオレエートまたはジエタノールアミンステアレートである。スルホン酸(例えばドデシルベンゼンスルホン酸またはジナフチルメタンジスルホン酸)または脂肪酸(例えばリシノール酸)のアルカリ金属塩またはアンモニウム塩、または高分子量脂肪酸のアルカリ金属塩またはアンモニウム塩を、表面活性添加剤として併用することもできる。
考えられる反応遅延剤は、例えば酸反応性物質(例えば塩酸または有機酸ハライド)である。
考えられるPU添加剤は、例えば、それ自体既知の種類の気泡調節剤(例えばパラフィンまたは脂肪アルコール)またはジメチルポリシロキサンおよび顔料または染料およびそれ自体既知の種類の防炎剤(例えばリン酸トリスクロロエチル、リン酸トリクレジルまたはリン酸アンモニウムおよびポリリン酸)、および劣化の影響に対抗するおよび耐候性のさらなる安定剤、可塑剤および静真菌的および静菌的活性物質、ならびにフィラー(例えば硫酸バリウム、珪藻土、カーボンブラックまたは沈降石灰)である。

C4:顔料としてカーボンブラック
Bayflex(登録商標)VP.PU 47IF01A(ポリオール成分)およびDesmodur(登録商標)VP.PU 48IF30(ジイソシアネート成分)(どちらもBayer MaterialScience AG製、レーフェルクーゼン、ドイツ)の90〜115の特性値を有する混合物を、ポリウレタンコーティング系として用いた。
表1〜3に記載した出発物質を2軸押出機(ZSK-25)(Werner und Pfleiderer)において、220rpmの回転速度で、20kg/hの押出量で、260〜280℃の範囲の溶解温度で混ぜ合わせ、化合物の溶融物を冷却し凝固させた後、化合物を粒状にする。
412cm2の投影面積を有する表面が部分的にコートされた成形品を、射出成形機において、2つのキャビティ(基材側キャビティおよびRIM装置と連結したポリウレタン側コーティングキャビティ)を備えた射出成形用型キャビティ中で製造した。複合材料部材は熱可塑性のシート様材料部材(支持体)であり、その表面をポリウレタンスキンで部分的にコートさせた。支持体成形品の肉厚は、約4mmであった。ポリウレタン層厚は、同様に4mmであった。
本発明の好ましい態様は、以下を包含する。
〔1〕a)熱可塑性組成物の支持体、および
b)該支持体に直接接触する少なくとも1つのポリウレタン層
を含む複合材料部材の製造方法であって、
(i)第1操作工程において、
A)芳香族ポリカーボネート、芳香族ポリエステルカーボネートおよび芳香族ポリエステルの群から選択される少なくとも1種のポリマー、成分AおよびBの合計に基づいて65.0〜90.0重量部、
B)任意にゴム変性させたビニル(コ)ポリマー、成分AおよびBの合計に基づいて10.0〜35.0重量部、および
C)少なくとも1種の市販のポリマー添加剤、成分A〜Cの合計に基づいて0〜30.0重量部
を含む熱可塑性組成物の溶融物を、第一型キャビティ中に注入した後、冷却し、
(ii)第2操作工程において、射出成形用型のキャビティを拡張し、それにより間隙を生じさせ、
(iii)第3操作工程において、
・少なくとも1種のポリイソシアネート成分、
・少なくとも1種の多官能性のH-活性化合物、および
・任意に少なくとも1種のポリウレタン添加剤および/またはプロセス補助剤
を含む反応性ポリウレタン原料混合物を、熱可塑性部材と拡張したキャビティの型表面の間のこのようにして生じさせた間隙中に注入し、該ポリウレタン原料混合物を熱可塑性支持体の表面に接触させて重合させ、圧縮ポリウレタン層またはポリウレタンフォーム層を与え、
(iv)第4操作工程において、該複合材料部材を型キャビティから取り出す、
操作工程が互いに直接的に続く製造方法。
〔2〕反応性ポリウレタン原料混合物は>90〜<125の特性値を有することを特徴とする、前記〔1〕に記載の方法。
〔3〕少なくとも1種の芳香族ポリカーボネートおよび/またはポリエステルカーボネートおよび少なくとも1種の芳香族ポリエステルの混合物を成分Aとして用いることを特徴とする、前記〔1〕または〔2〕に記載の方法。
〔4〕支持体材料の組成物は、成分AおよびBの合計に基づいて70.0〜80.0重量部の成分Aを含む、前記〔1〕〜〔3〕のいずれかに記載の方法。
〔5〕操作工程(ii)および(iii)をポリウレタン系を変えて少なくとも1回繰り返すことを特徴とする、前記〔1〕〜〔4〕のいずれかに記載の方法。
〔6〕操作工程(iii)において、熱可塑性組成物と接触する射出成形用型の表面を50〜95℃の範囲の温度で温度制御し、反応性ポリウレタン混合物と接触する射出成形用型の表面を50〜160℃の範囲の温度で温度制御する、前記〔1〕〜〔5〕のいずれかに記載の方法。
〔7〕a)熱可塑性組成物の支持体、および
b)該支持体に直接接触する少なくとも1つのポリウレタン層
を含む複合材料部材の製造方法であって、
(i)第1操作工程において、該熱可塑性組成物の溶融物を第一型キャビティ中に注入した後、冷却し、
(ii)第2操作工程において、射出成形用型のキャビティを拡張し、それにより間隙を生じさせ、
(iii)第3操作工程において、
・少なくとも1種のポリイソシアネート成分、
・少なくとも1種の多官能性のH-活性化合物、および
・任意に少なくとも1種のポリウレタン添加剤および/またはプロセス補助剤
を含む反応性ポリウレタン原料混合物を、熱可塑性部材と拡張したキャビティの型表面の間のこのようにして生じさせた間隙中に注入し、ポリウレタン原料混合物を熱可塑性支持体の表面に接触させて重合させ、圧縮ポリウレタン層またはポリウレタンフォーム層を与え、
(iv)第4操作工程において、複合材料部材を型キャビティから取り出す、
ここで、操作工程(ii)および(iii)を複数回通過させることができ、操作工程は互いに直接に続き、操作工程(iii)においてポリウレタン側の型キャビティの温度は、支持体側(熱可塑性物質側)の型キャビティの温度よりも、少なくとも10℃、好ましくは少なくとも15℃、特に好ましくは少なくとも20℃高い、方法。
〔8〕A)芳香族ポリカーボネート、芳香族ポリエステルカーボネートおよび芳香族ポリエステルの群から選択される少なくとも1種のポリマー、成分AおよびBの合計に基づいて65.0〜90.0重量部、
B)任意にゴム変性させたビニル(コ)ポリマー、成分AおよびBの合計に基づいて10.0〜35.0重量部、および
C)少なくとも1種の市販のポリマー添加剤、成分A〜Cの合計に基づいて0〜30.0重量部
を含む組成物の、
2成分射出成形法または2成分反応射出成形法における、少なくとも1種のポリウレタンでコートした2成分または多成分部材を製造するための使用。
〔9〕少なくとも1種の芳香族ポリカーボネートおよび/またはポリエステルカーボネートおよび少なくとも1種の芳香族ポリエステルの混合物を成分Aとして用いることを特徴〔10〕A)芳香族ポリカーボネート、芳香族ポリエステルカーボネートおよび芳香族ポリエステルの群から選択される少なくとも1種のポリマー、成分AおよびBの合計に基づいて65.0〜90.0重量部、
B)任意にゴム変性させたビニル(コ)ポリマー、成分AおよびBの合計に基づいて10.0〜35.0重量部、および
C)市販のポリマー添加剤、成分A〜Cの合計に基づいて0〜30.0重量部
を含む組成物の支持体、および
b)該支持体に直接接触する少なくとも1つのポリウレタン層
を含む、2成分射出成形法または2成分反応射出成形法において製造された複合材料部材。
〔11〕少なくとも1種の芳香族ポリカーボネートおよび/またはポリエステルカーボネートおよび少なくとも1種の芳香族ポリエステルの混合物を成分Aとして用いることを特徴とする、前記〔10〕に記載の複合材料部材。
〔12〕反応性ポリウレタン原料混合物を用いる2成分反応射出成形法において製造された複合材料部材であって、該反応性ポリウレタン原料混合物は、
・少なくとも1種のポリイソシアネート成分、
・少なくとも1種の多官能性のH-活性化合物、および
・任意に少なくとも1種のポリウレタン添加剤および/またはプロセス補助剤
を含み、>90〜<125の特性値を有する、前記〔10〕または〔11〕に記載の複合材料部材。

Claims (5)
- a)熱可塑性組成物の支持体、および
b)該支持体に直接接触する少なくとも1つのポリウレタン層
を含む複合材料部材の製造方法であって、
(i)第1操作工程において、
A)芳香族ポリカーボネート、芳香族ポリエステルカーボネートおよび芳香族ポリエステルの群から選択される少なくとも1種のポリマー、成分AおよびBの合計に基づいて65.0〜90.0重量部、
B)任意にゴム変性させたビニル(コ)ポリマー、成分AおよびBの合計に基づいて10.0〜35.0重量部、および
C)少なくとも1種のポリマー添加剤、成分A〜Cの合計に基づいて0〜30.0重量部
を含む熱可塑性組成物の溶融物を、第一型キャビティ中に注入した後、冷却し、
(ii)第2操作工程において、射出成形用型のキャビティを拡張し、それにより間隙を生じさせ、
(iii)第3操作工程において、
・少なくとも1種のポリイソシアネート成分、
・少なくとも1種の多官能性のH-活性化合物、および
・任意に少なくとも1種のポリウレタン添加剤および/またはプロセス補助剤
を含む反応性ポリウレタン原料混合物を、熱可塑性部材と拡張したキャビティの型表面の間のこのようにして生じさせた間隙中に注入し、該ポリウレタン原料混合物を熱可塑性支持体の表面に接触させて重合させ、圧縮ポリウレタン層またはポリウレタンフォーム層を与え、
(iv)第4操作工程において、該複合材料部材を型キャビティから取り出す、
操作工程が互いに直接的に続く製造方法。 - 反応性ポリウレタン原料混合物は>90〜<125の特性値を有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 支持体材料の組成物は、成分AおよびBの合計に基づいて70.0〜80.0重量部の成分Aを含む、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 操作工程(ii)および(iii)をポリウレタン系を変えて少なくとも1回繰り返すことを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記ポリマー添加剤が、防炎剤、防炎加工相乗剤、煙抑制添加剤、滴下防止剤、内部滑剤、表面潤剤、離型剤、流動性助剤、帯電防止剤、伝導性添加剤、成核剤、安定剤、抗菌作用添加剤、引っかき抵抗性改良添加剤、IR吸収剤、蛍光増白剤、蛍光添加剤、フィラーおよび補強物質、染料および顔料、前記B成分であるゴム変性させたビニル(コ)ポリマー以外の耐衝撃性改良剤、ならびに塩基補足剤からなる群より選択される少なくとも1種である、請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の方法。
