Description
Claims (11)
- 少なくとも1つのランプ及び少なくとも1つの画像取得ユニットを備える車両の照明ドライビング補助システムを試験する方法であって、
前記少なくとも1つのランプの少なくとも1つの照射方向が物体に向けられるように、前記車両を前記物体の前に位置させる段階と、
前記少なくとも1つのランプを水平方向及び/又は垂直方向の少なくとも予め定められる角度の周りに旋回させて、複数の角度位置に設定し、前記少なくとも1つのランプの前記複数の角度位置のそれぞれについて、前記画像取得ユニットにより、前記物体上に生成される輝度分布を取得する段階と、
前記車両と前記物体との間の距離及び角度オフセットを、取得された前記輝度分布から決定し、前記物体の位置を前記車両の座標系で計算する段階と、
前記複数の角度位置のうちの少なくとも1つについて、前記取得された輝度分布から、前記ランプの旋回角度の少なくとも1つの実際の値を計算する段階と、
前記少なくとも1つのランプの前記旋回角度の予め設定される望ましい値と計算された前記実際の値との間の差分を最小にするような、少なくとも1つの修正値を発行する段階とを備える方法。 - 前記旋回角度の前記実際の値を計算する段階において、
前記複数の角度位置のうちの少なくとも1つについて、前記輝度分布の特徴点の位置を決定し、
決定された前記特徴点の位置、決定された前記距離及び決定された前記角度オフセットから、前記実際の値が計算される請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記車両の長軸は、前記物体と垂直に配置されて、前記ランプの前記照射方向が、前記物体の望ましくは平坦である面と垂直となり、
前記ランプと平坦な前記面との間の距離は、望ましくは、6mから12mの間である請求項1又は2に記載の方法。 - 前記ランプの前記水平方向及び鉛直方向の前記旋回角度を設定するべく、
対応する軸周りの旋回の第1極値から出発して第2極値まで一方向に旋回した後、前記第2極値を出発して、前記一方向とは反対の方向に前記第1極値まで旋回して、許容動作範囲を決定する請求項1から3の何れか一項に記載の方法。 - 前記望ましい値と前記実際の値との間の前記差分がシステム許容誤差を超えた場合に及び超えた場合にのみ、修正が実行される請求項1から4の何れか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記望ましい値と前記実際の値との間の前記差分を最小にした後で、ハイビーム及びロービームを固定角度位置で試験する段階を更に備える請求項1から5の何れか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記ランプの前記旋回角度の前記望ましい値と前記実際の値との間の前記差分が、自動的に修正される請求項1から6の何れか一項に記載の方法。
- 更なる別のランプを試験して、求められた輝度分布を基に前記物体の計算された前記位置を比較することにより、前記方法の修正機能を試験する請求項1から7の何れか一項に記載の方法。
- 少なくとも1つのランプ、少なくとも1つの画像取得ユニット、評価ユニット及び発行ユニットを有する車両の照明ドライビング補助システムを試験するための装置であって、
前記少なくとも1つの画像取得ユニットは、前記少なくとも1つのランプによって物体の表面上に生成される輝度分布を、異なる複数の角度位置で取得するように設計され、
前記ランプの旋回角度の実際の値は、前記評価ユニットを使用して計算することができ、
前記旋回角度の予め設定される望ましい値と計算される実際の値との間の差分を最小にするような推奨設定値を、前記発行ユニットを使用して発行することができる装置。 - 前記物体の平坦な前記面は、壁によって形成されており、望ましくは、白色であることによって高反射率を有する請求項9に記載の装置。
- 前記ランプの垂直方向の前記旋回角度は、ヘッドライトレベリングによって設定することができる請求項9又は10に記載の装置。
