Description
Claims (6)
- 二次電池用電極組立体であって、
電極集電体に正極活物質が塗布された一つ以上の正極板と、
電極集電体に負極活物質が塗布された一つ以上の負極板と、及び
前記正極板と前記負極板との間に介在し、ベントが一つ以上形成されたセパレータとを備えてなり、
前記セパレータが前記正極板と前記負極板の側面で折り畳まれてなり、
前記ベントが前記折り畳み部位に形成されてなり、
前記セパレータの折り畳み方向が、各層毎に逆方向に変わることを特徴とする、二次電池用電極組立体。 - 前記折り畳まれたセパレータを介して、前記正極板と前記負極板とが交互に複数個積層されたことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の二次電池用電極組立体。
- 前記ベントが、前記セパレータの一つの折り畳み部位に複数形成されたことを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の二次電池用電極組立体。
- 二次電池であって、
正極板と、負極板と、及び前記正極板と前記負極板との間に介在され、ベントが一つ以上形成されたセパレータとを備えた電極組立体と、並びに
前記電極組立体及び電解液を収納する電池ケースとを備えてなり、
前記セパレータが前記正極板と前記負極板の側面で折り畳まれてなり、
前記ベントが前記折り畳み部位に形成されてなり、
前記セパレータの折り畳み方向が、各層毎に逆方向に変わることを特徴とする、二次電池。 - 前記折り畳まれたセパレータを介して、前記正極板と前記負極板とが交互に複数個積層されたことを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の二次電池。
- 前記ベントが、前記セパレータの一つの折り畳み部位に複数形成されたことを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の二次電池。
