(c)前記音減衰接着層を介して前記本体層と対向している複数の接触セクション(42,142)、および、前記本体層から離隔して設けられた複数の凸セクション(44,144)、を有する外層(16,116)と、
を有する金属パネル組立体(10,110)であって、
(イ)前記接触セクションによって、前記金属パネル組立体における振動および/またはノイズが減衰され、かつ、
(ロ)前記凸セクションによって、前記金属パネル組立体が補強され、
前記音減衰接着層(14,114)が、前記本体層(12,112)と前記外層(16,116)の前記接触セクション(42,142)との間にのみに配置され、かつ、前記本体層と前記外層の前記凸セクション(44,144)との間には配置されていない、そして

(イ)前記接触セクションによって、前記金属パネル組立体における振動および/またはノイズが減衰され、かつ、
(ロ)前記凸セクションによって、前記金属パネル組立体が補強され、
前記音減衰接着層(14,114)が、前記本体層(12,112)と前記外層(16,116)の前記接触セクション(42,142)との間にのみに配置され、かつ、前記本体層と前記外層の前記凸セクション(44,144)との間には配置されていない、そして、

ことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の金属パネル組立体(10,110)。 - 前記本体層(12,112)および前記外層(16,116)が、金属で構成され、かつ、前記金属で構成された本体層と前記金属で構成された外層とが互いに物理的に接触されないように、前記音減衰接着層(14,114)が該本体層と該外層との間に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の金属パネル組立体(10,110)。
- 前記本体層(12,112)が、少なくとも2つの別体構成とされた複数の剛体層を別体構成とされた接着層を介して接合させた積層板、で構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の金属パネル組立体(10,110)。
- 前記外層(16,116)の前記接触セクション(42,142)が、前記本体層(12,112)に対して概して平行な長尺状の帯板とされ、および前記音減衰接着層(14,114)の前記厚さの分だけ前記本体層から離隔されていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の金属パネル組立体(10,110)。
- 前記外層の前記凸セクション(44,144)が、複数の長尺状のスペース(46、146)によって前記本体層(12,112)から離隔された長尺状のチャネルとされていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の金属パネル組立体(10,110)。
- 前記長尺状のチャネルが、
(a)エッジ(70)に沿って第1の接触セクション(42)に接続された第1の傾斜部(50)と、
(b)エッジ(72)に沿って第2の接触セクション(42')に接続された第2の傾斜部(52)と、
(c)前記本体層(12)に対して概して平行であって、第1のエッジ(74)に沿って前記第1の傾斜部(50)に接続されかつ第2のエッジ(76)に沿って前記第2の傾斜部に接続されている、平坦部(54)と、

(イ)前記接触セクションによって、前記金属パネル組立体における振動および/またはノイズが減衰され、かつ、
(ロ)前記凸セクションによって、前記金属パネル組立体が補強され、

ことを特徴とする請求項1、2又は10のいずれか一項に記載の金属パネル組立体(10,110)。 - 前記外層(16,116)が、少なくとも2つの別体構成とされた複数の剛体層を別体構成とされた接着層を介して接合させた積層板、で構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1、2又は10のいずれか一項に記載の金属パネル組立体(10,110)。
- (a)金属で構成した本体層(12,112)を形成する工程と、
(b)1以上の長尺状の接触セクション(42,142)および1以上の長尺状の凸セクション(44,144)を有する金属で構成した外層(16,116)を形成する工程であって、
前記外層(116)の前記凸セクション(144)が、互いに垂直とされかつ互いに交差するように、格子状パターンにしたがって配置されて、前記凸セクションが、丸いリブ形状であり、
(c)音を減衰させる音減衰接着層(14,114)を、前記金属で構成した本体層と前記金属で構成した外層(16,116)の前記接触セクション(42,142)との間にのみ配置する工程と、
(d)前記金属で構成した外層および前記金属で構成した本体層を係合させて該金属で構成した外層の前記接触セクションを、前記音減衰接着層を介して該金属で構成した本体層に対向させる工程と、
(e)前記音減衰接着層を硬化させる工程と、
を順次有する
ことを特徴とする金属パネル組立体(10,110)の製造方法。 - 前記(c)音を減衰させる音減衰接着層(14,114)を配置する工程には、前記音減衰接着層(14,114)を、前記外層(16,116)の前記接触セクション(42,142)にロールコーティングすることが含まれることを特徴とする請求項13に記載の金属パネル組立体(10,110)の製造方法。
