Claims (18)
- マテリアルクロージャーにより接合される2つのシートを含む複合シートであって、両方のシート(1,7)が、少なくとも部分的に構造化された表面(2,2’)と、平滑面(5,8)とを含み、そして、両方のシート(1,7)が、構造化された前記表面(2,2’)を介して、少なくとも部分的にマテリアルクロージャーにより接合されることを特徴とする、前記複合シート。
- シート(1,7)の構造化された表面(2,2’)が窪み(3,3’)を含み、そして、前記窪み(3,3’)の間に配置される少なくとも壁又はウェブ(4,4’)を介して、シート(1,7)がマテリアルクロージャーにより接合されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の複合シート。
- 窪み(3,3’)が開口室の形状を有し、好ましくは、前記開口室が、開口部方向で大きくなる断面を有することを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の複合シート。
- 窪み(3,3’)が、非規則的に又は規則的に、形成される及び/又は分布することを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の複合シート。
- 窪み(3,3’)の間に配置される壁又はウェブ(4,4’)が、少なくとも厚さ0.3mm、好ましくは、少なくとも厚さ0.5mmを有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の複合シート。
- シート(1,7)が、少なくとも構造化された表面(2,2’)上でコーティングを有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の複合シート。
- 接合されたシートの室を少なくとも部分的に充填する、充填材料(9)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の複合シート。
- 充填材料が、埋封粒子(10)を有するプラスチック母材(9)からなり、前記粒子(10)が、プラスチック母材(9)よりも高い弾性率を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の複合シート。
- 両方のシート間でのマテリアルクロージャーを保証する連結層(11)を、少なくとも2つの工程で、硬化する及び/又は架橋することができることを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の複合シート。
- シート(1,7)を、一緒に、はんだ付けするか又は溶接することを特徴とする、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の複合シート。
- シート(1,7)が、鋼又は合金鋼を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の複合シート。
- シート(1,7)が、多くとも厚さ2mm、特に、多くとも1mm、好ましくは、多くとも0.8mmを有することを特徴する、請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の複合シート。
- シート(1,7)が、異なる材料及び/又は材料厚さを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜12のいずれか一項に記載の複合シート。
- 以下の工程:
第1及び第2シートの準備;
窪み(複数)を片面上に組み入れることによる、第1及び第2シートの片面の構造化;
構造化された表面を介する、シートのマテリアルクロージャーによる少なくとも部分的な接合;
を含む、マテリアルクロージャーにより接合される2つのシートを含む複合シート(特に、請求項1〜13のいずれか一項による複合シート)を製造する方法。 - シートの構造化された表面を、一緒に接着、溶接、又は、はんだ付けすることを特徴とする、請求項14に記載の方法。
- 接着又ははんだ付けのそれぞれの前で、シートの構造化された表面の間に接着ホイル又ははんだ付けホイルを設置することを特徴とする、請求項14又は15に記載の方法。
- シートを抵抗溶接によって接合することを特徴とする、請求項14又は15に記載の方法。
- 構造部材(特に、車両の外層部材)を製造するための、請求項1〜13に記載の、より詳細には、請求項14〜17に記載の方法により製造される、複合シートの使用。
