Description

本実施例は、両側に織物が積層されたカーシートの製造を例示する。
4つの別個の処方が、表1においてそれぞれP1、P2、P3及びP4として示される通りに調製される:
織物が積層されたカーシートの調製に使用される装置及びプロセスは、図2から9に示される通りである。図2から5を参照すると、内蔵永久磁石6をそれぞれ含む第1の雄型モールド4及び第1の雌型モールド5が提供される。プレ成形雄型織物ライナー1及びプレ成形雌型織物ライナー2はそれぞれ、第1の雄型モールド4及び第1の雌型モールド5に適合する。プレ成形雄型織物ライナー1及びプレ成形雌型織物ライナー2のそれぞれは、1平方メートルあたり300グラム(gsm)の重量を有する100%ポリエステル連結(interlock)織物で形成される。プレ成形雄型織物ライナー1は、織物取り付けリング7によって、第1の雄型モールド4に機械的に取り付けられる(図2及び3参照)。同様に、プレ成形雌型織物ライナー2はまた、別の織物取り付けリング7によって、第1の雌型モールド5に機械的に取り付けられる(図4及び5参照)。特に、略3mmの直径を有するスチールワイヤリング7が、永久磁石6が埋め込まれているグルーブに挿入される。
4つの処方P1、P2、P3及びP4から形成された各最終製品への浸透が、UV蛍光発光の不在/存在により、254nmでのUV光下で試験された。積層の質は、スタンダードAATCC 124/143に対して測定されている。その結果が表2に示される。

Claims (14)
- (a)少なくとも1つのポリオール、少なくとも1つのイソシアネート、及び少なくとも1つの触媒を含む発泡体組成物をモールドアセンブリに提供するステップ;
(b)第1の所定時間の後、前記モールドアセンブリから、前記発泡体組成物から形成される発泡体を得るステップであって、前記第1の所定時間は、前記発泡体組成物を完全に発泡するのに用いられる時間であるステップ;
(c)前記発泡体の少なくとも1つの表面に織物を接触させるステップ;及び
(d)任意に、第2の所定時間、前記発泡体を硬化するステップ;
を含み、前記ステップ(b)は前記モールドアセンブリから形成された前記発泡体を離型するステップを含み、前記ステップ(b)の間、前記発泡体は崩壊せず、前記ステップ(b)で得られた前記発泡体が粘着性である、織物積層発泡体製品の製造方法。 - 前記ステップ(b)で得られた前記発泡体は80%超の粘着度を有する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 少なくとも1回、ステップ(c)を繰り返すことを含む、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 前記ステップ(c)の前に、前記発泡体組成物から形成される発泡体の表面から層を除去するステップをさらに含む、請求項1から3の何れか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記少なくとも1つのポリオールは架橋ポリオールを含む、請求項1から4の何れか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記少なくとも1つのポリオールは、第1級水酸基末端ポリオールを含む、請求項1から5の何れか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記少なくとも1つのイソシアネートは、2.4−49%のイソシアネート含量を含む、請求項1から6の何れか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記発泡体組成物に含まれる前記少なくとも1つのイソシアネートは、ポリオール100部あたり20−100部(20−100pphp)の量である、請求項1から7の何れか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記少なくとも1つの触媒は、ゲル化触媒及び発泡触媒を含む、請求項1から8の何れか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記発泡体組成物に含まれる前記ゲル化触媒と前記発泡触媒との比率は、5:1から30:1である、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 前記発泡体組成物はさらに、少なくとも1つの界面活性剤を含む、請求項1から10の何れか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記発泡体組成物は、一次界面活性剤及び二次界面活性剤を含む、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記発泡体組成物はさらに、発泡剤を含む、請求項1から12の何れか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記方法は、
(i)少なくとも1つのポリオール、少なくとも1つのイソシアネート、及び少なくとも1つの触媒を含む発泡体組成物を第1モールドに提供するステップ;
(ii)第2モールド及び前記第1モールドを互いに近付けて、前記第2モールドが前記発泡体組成物に接触するのを可能にするステップ;
(iii)第1の所定時間の後、前記第1モールドと前記第2モールドとを分離して、前記発泡体組成物から形成される発泡体を得るステップであって、前記第1の所定時間は、前記発泡体組成物を完全に発泡するのに用いられる時間であるステップ;
(iv)織物を第3モールドに接触させるステップであって、前記織物はさらに所定の衝突速度で前記発泡体の表面に接触する、ステップ;
(v)第2の所定時間、前記発泡体組成物を硬化させ、発泡体製品を形成するステップ;及び
(vi)前記発泡体製品を除去するステップ;
を含み、前記ステップ(iii)の間、前記発泡体は崩壊せず、前記ステップ(iii)で得られた前記発泡体が粘着性である、請求項1に記載の方法。
