Description
図1において、符号1は自動車等の車両(自車両)を示し、この車両1には、エンジン(図示せず)のアイドル運転の自動停止、及び、自動停止状態からの再始動を実行するアイドリングストップ制御装置2が搭載されている。
まず、ステップ(以下、「S」と略称)101で、必要なパラメータ、すなわち、前方環境認識部20で認識した前方立体物情報(種類、先々行車の存在、距離、速度等)、車速センサ11からの車速、シフトレバー位置センサ12からのシフトレバー位置(「P」、「N」、「R」、「D」、「3速」、「2速」、「1速」)、ブレーキペダル踏み込み量センサ13からのブレーキペダル踏み込み量、アクセルペダル踏み込み量センサ14からのアクセルペダル踏み込み量、バッテリ残存容量計15からのバッテリ容量等の信号が読み込まれる。

Claims (4)
- 予め設定しておいたエンジンの自動停止条件が成立する場合に上記エンジンのアイドル運転を停止して上記エンジンを自動停止させる一方、予め設定しておいた車両の運転状態に応じた上記エンジンの再始動条件が成立する場合に上記エンジンの自動停止を解除して上記エンジンを再始動させる車両のアイドリングストップ制御装置において、
自車両の前方移動体の種類を認識する前方情報認識手段を備え、上記エンジンが自動停止中に上記エンジンの再始動条件が成立しない場合であっても上記前方情報認識手段で認識した前方移動体の種類に応じて上記エンジンの再始動の判定を行う第2の再始動判定手段を有し、該第2の再始動判定手段の判定結果に応じて上記エンジンの再始動と再始動の禁止を行うことを特徴とする車両のアイドリングストップ制御装置。 - 上記前方情報認識手段で認識した自車両の直前の上記前方移動体が歩行者である場合は、上記第2の再始動判定手段は、上記エンジンの再始動を禁止させることを特徴とする請求項1記載の車両のアイドリングストップ制御装置。
- 上記前方情報認識手段で認識した自車両の直前の上記前方移動体が自動二輪車である場合は、上記第2の再始動判定手段は、該自動二輪車を先行車として自車両から先々行車が停止状態の場合は、上記自動二輪車が移動しても上記エンジンの再始動を禁止させることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2記載の車両のアイドリングストップ制御装置。
- 上記前方情報認識手段で認識した自車両の直前の上記前方移動体が4輪車である場合は、上記第2の再始動判定手段は、該4輪車が移動した場合には、上記エンジンを再始動させることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項3の何れか一つに記載の車両のアイドリングストップ制御装置。
