Claims (13)
- ガラス基板の上部に形成された太陽光調節金属層;
前記太陽光調節金属層の下部に形成された第1の誘電体層;
前記太陽光調節金属層の上部に形成された第2の誘電体層;及び
前記第2の誘電体層の上部に形成された最上部保護層;を含み、
前記第1の誘電体層は、金属酸化物を含む最下部誘電体層と、前記金属酸化物を含む前記最下部誘電体層と金属(酸)窒化物を含んで前記太陽光調節金属層との界面反応を防止する下部金属保護誘電体層の二層構造から成る誘電体層を含むものであって、
前記最下部誘電体層はSnZnOxを含み、
前記下部金属保護誘電体層はSnZnOxNy又はSnZnNxを含む、
複層薄膜が前記ガラス基板上に積層された構造を有することを特徴とする低放射ガラス積層体。 - 前記最下部誘電体層及び下部金属保護誘電体層は、
それぞれ同一の金属を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の低放射ガラス積層体。 - 前記最下部誘電体層は、
厚さが10〜50nmであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の低放射ガラス積層体。 - 前記下部金属保護誘電体層は、
厚さが1〜10nmであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の低放射ガラス積層体。 - 前記太陽光調節金属層は、
低放射層、及び前記低放射層の上下部に形成された金属保護層を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の低放射ガラス積層体。 - 前記低放射層は、
銀、金、銅、アルミニウム及び白金からなる群より選ばれた一つ以上の物質を含むことを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の低放射ガラス積層体。 - 前記金属保護層は、
ニッケル、クロム及びニッケルクロムからなる群より選ばれた一つ以上の物質を含むことを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の低放射ガラス積層体。 - 前記第2の誘電体層は、
SnZnOxNy又はSnZnNxを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の低放射ガラス積層体。 - 前記最上部保護層は、
SnZnOxを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の低放射ガラス積層体。 - (a)ガラス基板の上部にSnZnO x を含む金属酸化物を蒸着し、蒸着された前記金属酸化物の上部に前記金属酸化物と太陽光調節金属層との界面反応を防止するSnZnO x N y 又はSnZnN x を含む金属(酸)窒化物を蒸着することによって第1の誘電体層を形成する段階;
(b)前記第1の誘電体層の上部に太陽光調節金属層を形成する段階;
(c)前記太陽光調節金属層の上部にSnZnO x N y 又はSnZnN x を含む金属(酸)窒化物を蒸着することによって第2の誘電体層を形成する段階;及び
(d)前記第2の誘電体層の上部にSnZnO x を含む金属酸化物を蒸着することによって最上部保護層を形成する段階;を含むことを特徴とする低放射ガラス積層体の製造方法 - 前記太陽光調節金属層は、
低放射層、及び前記低放射層の上下部に形成された金属保護層を含むことを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の低放射ガラス積層体の製造方法。 - 前記低放射層は、
銀、金、銅、アルミニウム及び白金からなる群より選ばれた一つ以上の物質を含むことを特徴とする、請求項11に記載の低放射ガラス積層体の製造方法 - 前記金属保護層は、
ニッケル、クロム及びニッケルクロムからなる群より選ばれた一つ以上の物質を含むことを特徴とする、請求項11に記載の低放射ガラス積層体の製造方法
