Abstract
열처리 전후에도 특성의 변화가 없어 열처리가 가능하고 내구성이 우수한 저방사 유리 및 이의 제조 방법에 대하여 개시한다. 본 발명에 따른 열처리 가능한 저방사 유리는 유리 기재의 상부에 형성된 태양광 조절 금속층과, 상기 태양광 조절 금속층의 하부에 형성된 제1유전체층과, 상기 태양광 조절 금속층의 상부에 형성된 제2유전체층 및 상기 제2유전체층 상부에 형성된 최상부 보호층을 포함하고, 상기 제1유전체층은 금속산화물을 포함하는 최하부 유전체층과 금속(산)질화물을 포함하는 하부 금속 보호 유전체층이 적층된 구조를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하여, 열처리 후에도 저방사 유리의 특성 변화가 없는 장점이 있다.
