Claims (6)
- 第1基板及び前記第1基板と対向する第2基板のうちの少なくとも一つの上に電界生成電極を形成する段階、
前記電界生成電極上に開始剤を含む配向膜を形成する段階、
前記第1基板と前記第2基板との間に液晶及び配向補助剤を含む液晶層を形成する段階、
前記第1基板に第1電圧を印加し、前記第2基板に前記第1電圧と異なる第2電圧を印加する段階、及び
前記配向膜と前記液晶層に光を照射して配向重合体を形成する段階を含み、
前記開始剤は、下記の化学式1、化学式2、化学式3、化学式4、及びそれらの混合物で表される化合物のうちの少なくとも一つを含み、
前記開始剤は、前記配向膜に0.2wt%〜0.5wt%を添加する、
液晶表示装置の製造方法。 - 第1基板、
前記第1基板と対向する第2基板、
前記第1基板及び前記第2基板のうちの少なくとも一つの上に位置する電界生成電極、前記電界生成電極上に位置する配向膜、及び
前記第1基板と前記第2基板との間に介されており、液晶及び配向重合体を有する液晶層を含み、
前記配向膜は開始剤を含む配向物質を初期に含み、前記配向重合体は配向補助剤を初期に含み、
前記開始剤は、下記の化学式1、化学式2、化学式3、化学式4、及びそれらの混合物で表される化合物のうちの少なくとも一つを含み、
前記配向物質に添加される前記開始剤の量は0.2wt%〜0.5wt%である、
液晶表示装置。 - 前記配向物質は、ポリアミック酸(Polyamic acid)、ポリイミド(Polyimide)、及びポリシロキサン(Polysiloxane)のいずれか一つである、請求項2に記載の液晶表示装置。
- 前記第1基板は薄膜トランジスタ表示板であり、前記第2基板は共通電極表示板であり、
前記薄膜トランジスタ表示板の上にカラーフィルタ及びブラックマトリックスのうちの少なくとも一つが位置する、請求項2に記載の液晶表示装置。 - 前記電界生成電極は複数の微細枝電極を含む、請求項4に記載の液晶表示装置。
- 前記第1基板上に位置するゲート線、
前記第1基板上に位置する第1データ線、
前記第1基板上に位置する第2データ線、
前記ゲート線及び前記第1データ線と接続される第1薄膜トランジスタ、及び
前記ゲート線及び前記第2データ線と接続される第2薄膜トランジスタをさらに含み、
前記電界生成電極は、前記第1薄膜トランジスタと接続される第1副画素電極、及び前記第2薄膜トランジスタと接続される第2副画素電極を含む、請求項5に記載の液晶表示装置。
