Claims (15)
- 電流を導きまた前記電流の効果としての熱を散逸させるための少なくとも1つの抵抗ワイヤ(102)を含む加熱要素を備える、ある量の流体をタンク内に保持するためのフランジ(101)において、
前記加熱要素が案内手段(103)をさらに含み、
前記少なくとも1つの抵抗ワイヤ(102)が、加熱表面を形成するために、前記抵抗ワイヤの長さに沿った複数の別個の位置で前記案内手段(103)によって案内され、
前記加熱表面の第1の部分が前記フランジ(101)の内側にあり、前記加熱表面の第2の部分が前記フランジ(101)の外側にあることを特徴とするフランジ(101)。 - 前記案内手段(103)が可撓性網を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のフランジ。
- 前記案内手段(103)がプラスチックバンドを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のフランジ。
- 前記プラスチックバンドに、前記少なくとも1つの抵抗ワイヤ(102)の一部を受容しかつ保持するようにされたクリップが設けられることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のフランジ。
- 前記少なくとも1つの抵抗ワイヤ(102)が電気絶縁材料で覆われることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載のフランジ。
- 前記少なくとも1つの抵抗ワイヤ(102)が、尿素に対して耐性がある材料で覆われることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載のフランジ。
- 前記案内手段が、尿素に対して耐性がある材料から製造されることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載のフランジ。
- 前記加熱表面の前記第2の部分に電流を選択的に供給するようにされた制御手段をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載のフランジ。
- 前記制御手段がスイッチを含むことを特徴とする請求項8に記載のフランジ。
- 前記制御手段が、正の温度係数を有する抵抗器を前記フランジの内側に含み、
前記抵抗器が、前記加熱表面の前記第2の部分と共に並列電気回路を形成することを特徴とする請求項8に記載のフランジ。 - 前記加熱表面の前記第2の部分が実質的にクリノリン形状であることを特徴とする請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載のフランジ。
- 前記加熱表面の前記第2の部分が複数の花弁状部分を含むことを特徴とする請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載のフランジ。
- 前記加熱表面を締結するための締結手段を含むことを特徴とする請求項1〜12のいずれか1項に記載のフランジ。
- 請求項1〜13のいずれか1項に記載のフランジを含むことを特徴とする車両液体タンク。
- 前記フランジが前記車両液体タンクの底部に実質的に配置されることを特徴とする請求項14に記載の車両液体タンク。
