Description
実 施 例 1
(1)トドマツ葉を圧砕式粉砕機(KYB製作所製)で粉砕したもの約50kgを、減圧水蒸気蒸留装置に投入し攪拌しながら蒸留槽内の圧力を、約20KPaの減圧条件下に保持し、(蒸気温度は約60℃)1時間マイクロ波照射し、精油を蒸留した。得られたトドマツ葉精油の量は895mL(1.7質量%、投入試料に対する精油の割合)であった。同様に、トドマツ葉をスギ葉及びヒノキ葉に代え、上記(1)の方法を実施してそれぞれスギ葉精油およびヒノキ葉精油を得る。
液体状態における二酸化窒素の除去効果:
内径5mmΦのガラス管中に紙製のウエス約0.1g充填し、この紙製ウエスに下記表1に示す量の各種樹木の精油を含浸させた。ガラス管の一方に9ppmの二酸化窒素を入れたテドラーバックを、他方に二酸化窒素用ガス検知管(ガステック社製)を連結した。ガス検知管の他端には、吸引用シリンジを接続した。この状態で吸引用シリンジによりテドラーバック内の二酸化窒素を吸引し、ガラス管内で浄化されない二酸化窒素濃度をガス検知管で測定した。なお、下記表1の各種樹木の精油は、上記(2)又は(3)の方法により得たものである。

液体状態における二酸化硫黄の除去効果:
実施例2の二酸化窒素を二酸化硫黄にかえる以外は、実施例2と同様の試験を行った。その結果を表1に示す。なお、下記表1の各種樹木の精油は、実施例1の(2)又は(3)の方法により得たものである。
気体状態における二酸化窒素の除去効果:
実施例1の(1)、(2)、(3)で得られた下記の各精油1mLを1Lのテドラーバックに注入し、40℃の高温装置内に5分以上放置し、精油のヘッドスペース(本発明ガス)を作成した。
A:二酸化窒素添加大気での残存ガス濃度
B:コントロール大気での残存二酸化窒素ガス濃度
気体状態における二酸化硫黄の除去効果:
実施例4と同様にして0.1ppm前後の二酸化硫黄ガス(テストガス)を調製した。また、同様に二酸化硫黄の除去率(%)を測定した。その結果を表2に示す。
二酸化窒素の反応により生成する粒子分布の測定:
1Lのテドラーバッグ内にボンベ空気1Lと実施例1で得たスギ葉精油50μLを注入し、40℃にて10分間放置した。その後、20Lのテドラーバッグ内に揮発したスギ葉精油のヘッドスペースを全量注入し、清浄空気にて20Lになるまで満たした。これに二酸化窒素(6.2ppm)を注入し、注入3分後の粒子径をパーティクルカウンター(Wide−Range Particle Spectrometer)MODEL1000XP:米国MSP社製)を用いて測定した。なおブランクとして、二酸化窒素単独およびスギ葉精油単独を注入したもの(二酸化窒素混合前のもの)を同様の方法により測定した。結果を図1及び図2に示す。
二酸化窒素の酸化反応抑制確認試(1)
リノール酸の過酸化物の生成の阻害率により、本発明の精油による二酸化窒素の酸化能抑制効果を以下の手順にて確認した。

A1:二酸化窒素のみ(コントロール)の吸光度
A2:本発明の除去剤を添加した場合の吸光度
二酸化窒素の酸化反応抑制確認試(2)
本発明の精油と二酸化窒素を24時間接触した場合の酸化能抑制効果を以下の手順にて確認した。
Claims (6)
- ヒノキ科ヒノキ属、ヒノキ科スギ属、マツ科モミ属、フトモモ科ユーカリ属、コウヤマキ科コウヤマキ属及びヒノキ科アスナロ属よりなる群から選ばれた樹木の1種または2種以上の木質部及び/または葉を減圧下で加熱して蒸留を行う方法により得られた精油を有効成分とする有害酸化物除去剤を、有害酸化物を含有する大気と接触させることを特徴とする大気中の有害酸化物の除去方法。
- 前記有害酸化物除去剤と、有害酸化物を含有する大気との接触が、前記有害酸化物除去剤を、有害酸化物を含有する大気中に揮散させることにより行う請求項1記載の大気中の有害酸化物の除去方法。
- 前記有害酸化物除去剤を、霧化させた状態で揮散させる請求項第1項または第2項記載の大気中の有害酸化物の除去方法。
- 前記有害酸化物除去剤の霧化を、ポンプスプレー、エアゾール、超音波振動子、加圧液噴霧スプレーまたは加圧空気霧化噴霧装置を用いて行う請求項第3項記載の大気中の有害酸化物の除去方法。
- ヒノキ科ヒノキ属、ヒノキ科スギ属、マツ科モミ属、フトモモ科ユーカリ属、コウヤマキ科コウヤマキ属及びヒノキ科アスナロ属よりなる群から選ばれた樹木の1種または2種以上の木質部及び/または葉が、チップ化したこれら樹木の木質部または細断した樹木の葉である請求項第1項ないし第4項の何れかの項記載の大気中の有害酸化物の除去方法。
- 蒸留時の蒸留槽内の圧力が、10ないし95キロパスカルであり、蒸留時の加熱温度が40℃から100℃である請求項5記載の大気中の有害酸化物の除去方法。
