Abstract
Description
前記第1工程の後に、前記筒状電極と前記対向電極との間に前記第1電圧よりも低い第2電圧を印加して、前記筒状電極内に供給される液を静電噴霧する第2工程と、を備える。
まず、対向電極20上に、塗布対象となる基板SBを載置する。なお基板SBの材質は特に限定されず、電気的に導電性でも絶縁性でもよい。
Claims (6)
- 筒状電極と対向電極との間に第1電圧を印加して、前記筒状電極内に供給される液を静電噴霧させると共に前記筒状電極の外面に付着した液を前記外面から除去する第1工程と、
前記第1工程の後に、前記筒状電極と前記対向電極との間に前記第1電圧よりも低い第2電圧を印加して、前記筒状電極内に供給される液を静電噴霧する第2工程と、を備える、液塗布方法。 - 前記第1電圧は、前記第2電圧よりも30%以上高い請求項1記載の液塗布方法。
- 前記第1工程では前記筒状電極から噴霧される液をシャッターで受け止め、前記第2工程では前記筒状電極から噴霧される液をシャッターで受け止めず通過させる、請求項1又は2に記載の液塗布方法。
- 筒状電極、対向電極、および、前記筒状電極及び対向電極との間に電圧を印加する電源を有する静電噴霧部と、
前記電源の電圧を制御する電圧制御部と、を備え、
前記電圧制御部は、前記筒状電極と前記対向電極との間に第1電圧を印加し、その後、前記筒状電極と前記対向電極との間に前記第1電圧よりも低い第2電圧を印加する、液塗布装置。 - 前記第1電圧は、前記第2電圧よりも30%以上高い請求項4記載の液塗布装置。
- 前記第1電圧が印加されている時に前記静電噴霧部から噴霧される液を受け止め、前記第2電圧が印加されている時に前記静電噴霧部から噴霧される液を通過させるシャッターを更に備える、請求項4又は5に記載の液塗布装置。
