Description
合成例1
100mlのフラスコにカプロラクトンがグラフティングされているポリロタキサンポリマー[A1000、Advanced Soft Material INC]5gを投入した後、2−イソシアナトエチルアクリレート(2−Isocyanatoethyl acrylate)(AOI−VM、Showadenko(株))0.453g、ジブチル錫ジラウレート(Dibutyltin dilaurate)[DBTDL、Merck社]2mg、ヒドロキノンモノメチレンエーテル(Hydroquinone monomethylene ether)11mg及びメチルエチルケトン31.5gを添加し、70℃で5時間反応させ、末端にアクリレート系化合物が導入されたポリラクトン系化合物が結合されたシクロデキストリンを環状分子として含むポリロタキサンポリマー液(固形分14.79%)を得た。
100mlのフラスコにカプロラクトンがグラフティングされているポリロタキサンポリマー[A1000、Advanced Soft Material INC]5gを投入した後、2−イソシアナトエチルアクリレート(2−Isocyanatoethyl acrylate)(AOI−VM、昭和電工(株))0.906g、ジブチル錫ジラウレート(Dibutyltin dilaurate)[DBTDL、Merck社]2mg、ヒドロキノンモノメチレンエーテル(Hydroquinone monomethylene ether)12mg及びメチルエチルケトン33gを添加し、70℃で5時間反応させ、末端にアクリレート系化合物が導入されたポリラクトン系化合物が結合されたシクロデキストリンを環状分子として含むポリロタキサンポリマー液(固形分15.21%)を得た。
カプロラクトンがグラフティングされているポリロタキサンポリマー[A1000、Advanced Soft Material INC]50gを反応器に投入した後、カレンズAOI(Karenz−AOI)[2−イソシアナトエチルアクリレート(2−acryloylethyl isocyanate)、昭和電工(株)]13.58g、ジブチル錫ジラウレート(Dibutyltin dilaurate)[DBTDL、Merck社]20mg、ヒドロキノンモノメチレンエーテル(Hydroquinone monomethylene ether)110mg及びメチルエチルケトン315gを添加し、70℃で5時間反応させ、末端にアクリレート系化合物が導入されたポリラクトン系化合物が結合されたシクロデキストリンを環状分子に含むポリロタキサンポリマー液(固形分15%)を得た。
FM−7771(チッソ社、前記化学式10の化合物、重量平均分子量1,000)及びbis−GMA(前記化学式11の化合物)をメチルエチルケトン(MEK)の溶媒に分散させた後、熱開始剤のAIBN(α,α’−アゾビスイソブチロニトリル(α,α’−azobisisobutylonitrile))を添加し、80℃で5時間重合反応を行なって、末端に(メタ)アクリレート基が導入されたシリコン−エポキシ共重合体を合成した。
実施例1
(1)樹脂組成物の製造
前記合成例1で得られたポリロタキサン100重量部に対してUA−200PA(多官能ウレタンアクリレート、新中村社)15重量部、PU−3400(多官能ウレタンアクリレート、MIWON社)40重量部、Miramer SIU2400(多官能ウレタンアクリレート、MIWON社)10重量部、Estane−5778(ポリエステル系ポリウレタン、Lubrizol社)15重量部、光重合開始剤のイルガキュア−184(Irgacure−184)1.5重量部、光重合開始剤のイルガキュア−907(Irgacure−907)1.55重量部、イソプロピルアルコール(IPA)12.5重量部、エチルセルソルブ12.5重量部を混合してUV硬化型コーティング組成物を製造した。
前記UV硬化型コーティング組成物をそれぞれPETフィルム(厚さ188μm)にワイヤーバー(70号)を用いてコーティングした。そして、コーティング物を90℃で2分間乾燥した後、200mJ/cm2の紫外線を5秒間照射して30μmの厚さを有する高分子フィルムを製造した。
前記合成例2で得られたポリロタキサンを用いた点を除いては実施例1と同様な方法で樹脂組成物及び高分子フィルムを製造した。
前記合成例3で得られたポリロタキサンを用いた点を除いては実施例1と同様な方法で樹脂組成物及び高分子フィルムを製造した。
(1)樹脂組成物の製造
前記合成例4で得られた末端に(メタ)アクリレート基が導入されたシリコン−エポキシ共重合体(MEK溶媒に分散された状態で固形分含量50重量%)60重量%、PETA10重量%、光開始剤4重量%、メチルエチルケトン6重量%及びイソプロピルアルコール(IPA)20重量%を混合して、紫外線硬化型組成物を製造した。
前記製造された紫外線硬化型組成物をメイヤーバー(Meyer bar)50番を用いてPETフィルムの上にコーティングした後、前記コーティング物に250乃至350nm波長の紫外線を200mJ/cm2の量で照射して、高分子フィルムを製造した。
前記実施例1乃至3及び比較例で得られた高分子フィルムの物性を下記のように評価した。
ヘイズメーター(Haze meter)(村上社HR−10)を用いて光透過度とヘイズを測定した。
ASTM D638の引張応力−変形試験法によって引張による変形率(%)を測定した。具体的に、ASTM D638の基準によって引張試片を製作し、TA(texture analyser)装備を用いて試片を一定速度(1cm/sec)に引張って、初期試片長さに対する引張られた試片の長さの比率から伸び率(%)を決定した。
スチールウール(steel wool)に一定の荷重をかけて往復にスクラッチを作った後、コーティングフィルムの表面を肉眼で観察した。
厚さの異なる円筒形テストマンドレル(Cylindrical Mandrel)に前記実施例及び比較例で得られたコーティングフィルムをそれぞれ180度巻いて1秒間維持した後、クラックが発生するか肉眼で観察し、円筒形テストマンドレルのパイ(Φ)値を低くしながらクラックが発生しない時点を確認した。
Claims (25)
- 30,000乃至800,000の重量平均分子量を有するバインダー樹脂;及び
ラクトン系化合物が結合された環状分子、前記環状分子を貫通する線状分子、及び前記線状分子の両末端に配置され前記環状分子の離脱を防止する封鎖基を含むポリロタキサン;を含み、
前記ポリロタキサンの中の前記ラクトン系化合物の末端が(メタ)アクリレート系化合物に置換される比率が40モル%乃至70モル%であり、
マンドレルテスト(Mandrel test)によってクラッキングなく曲げられるマンドレルの直径が10Φ以下である、高分子フィルム。 - ASTM標準D522−93aの方法Bによって測定した時、クラッキングなく直径が7.0mm以下である円筒形スチールマンドレルの上で曲げられる可撓性を有する、請求項1に記載の高分子フィルム。
- 5μm乃至100μmの厚さを有する、請求項1に記載の高分子フィルム。
- 常温でASTM D638によって測定した伸び率が5%乃至500%である請求項1に記載の高分子フィルム。
- 92.0%以上の光透過度及び0.9以下のヘイズ値を有する、請求項1に記載の高分子フィルム。

- 前記封鎖基は、ジニトロフェニル基、シクロデキストリン基、アダマンタン基、トリチル基、フルオレセイン基及びピレン基からなる群より選択された1種以上の官能基を含む、請求項1に記載の高分子フィルム。
- 前記ポリロタキサンが100,000乃至800,000の重量平均分子量を有する、請求項1に記載の高分子フィルム。
- 前記高分子フィルムは、全体重量中にポリロタキサン1乃至50重量%を含む、請求項1に記載の高分子フィルム。
- 前記バインダー樹脂及び前記ポリロタキサン間の架橋結合構造を含む、請求項1に記載の高分子フィルム。
- 前記高分子フィルムは、前記バインダー樹脂及び前記ポリロタキサンのうちの少なくとも一つと架橋結合される多官能性アクリレート系化合物を含む、請求項1に記載の高分子フィルム。
- 請求項1の高分子フィルムを含む、フレキシブル発光素子ディスプレイ装置。
- 前記高分子フィルムを基板、外部保護フィルムまたはカバーウィンドウとして含む、請求項21に記載のフレキシブル発光素子ディスプレイ装置
- 前記フレキシブル発光素子ディスプレイ装置は、電子を提供する陰極(cathode)、電子輸送層(Eletron Transport Layer)、発光層(Emission Layer)、正孔輸送層(Hole Transport Layer)及び正孔を提供する陽極(anode)を含み、
前記高分子フィルムが前記陰極または陽極の少なくとも一面に結合される、請求項21に記載のフレキシブル発光素子ディスプレイ装置 - 請求項1の高分子フィルムを含む、巻き可能ディスプレイ装置。
- 前記高分子フィルムを基板、外部保護フィルムまたはカバーウィンドウとして含む、請求項24に記載の巻き可能ディスプレイ装置。
