Description
(1)親株の植物体が養液栽培を行うことのできる株であり、かつその植え付けから半年後の根部におけるグリチルリチン含有の割合が1.5%以上、又は、その植え付けから1年後の根部におけるグリチルリチン含有の割合が2.5%以上である。
(2)前記親株の植物体から採取された根部又は茎部の切片を用いて養液栽培を行うことにより植物体を再生でき、かつその再生植物体の植え付けから半年後の根部におけるグリチルリチン含有の割合が1.5%以上、又は、その再生植物体の植え付けから1年後の根部におけるグリチルリチン含有の割合が2.5%以上である。
本発明は、少なくとも下記(1)及び(2)の性質を備えるカンゾウ属植物株をすべて包含し、植物体の形態などによって狭く限定されない。例えば、種子、若しくは植物体の一部分などであっても、下記の性質を備えた植物体をそれらから再生できる場合は本発明に広く包含される。
(1)親株の植物体が養液栽培を行うことのできる株であり、かつその植え付けから半年後の根部におけるグリチルリチン含有の割合が1.5%以上、又は、その植え付けから1年後の根部におけるグリチルリチン含有の割合が2.5%以上である。
(2)前記親株の植物体から採取された根部又は茎部の切片を用いて養液栽培を行うことにより植物体を再生でき、かつその再生植物体の植え付けから半年後の根部におけるグリチルリチン含有の割合が1.5%以上、又は、その再生植物体の植え付けから1年後の根部におけるグリチルリチン含有の割合が2.5%以上である。
本発明者らは、上述の4株について、SQS(スクアレン合成酵素、以下同じ)遺伝子及びCYP88D6遺伝子の部分配列を取得した。従って、これらの配列との相同性を解析することにより、由来の不明な株について、本発明に係る株かどうか、識別できる。
本発明に係る植物体の増殖方法は、親株の植物体から採取された根部又は茎部の切片を、二価鉄イオンを少なくとも含有する水溶液に浸漬した後、該切片を用いて養液栽培を行う手順を少なくとも含むものをすべて包含し、他の手順を含むことによって、狭く限定されない。
上述の通り、本発明により、グリチルリチン含有の割合が高く保持された同一クローン由来の株を多数栽培できる。従って、それらの植物体から根・ストロンなどを採集し、グリチルリチンを抽出・精製することにより、グリチルリチンを大量製造できる。
(1)親株の植物体が養液栽培を行うことのできる株であり、かつその植え付けから半年後における親株の根部のグリチルリチン含有の割合が1.5%以上、又は、その植え付けから1年後における親株の根部のグリチルリチン含有の割合が2.5%以上である。
(2)親株の植物体から採取された根部の切片を用いて養液栽培を行うことにより再生でき、かつその植え付けから半年後における親株の根部のグリチルリチン含有の割合が1.5%以上、又は、その植え付けから1年後における再生植物体の根部のグリチルリチン含有の割合が2.5%以上である。
Claims (4)
- 下記(1)及び(2)の性質を備えるカンゾウ属植物株。
(1)親株の植物体が養液栽培を行うことのできる株であり、かつその植え付けから半年後における親株の根部のグリチルリチン含有の割合が1.5%以上、又は、その植え付けから1年後における親株の根部のグリチルリチン含有の割合が2.5%以上である。
(2)前記親株の植物体から採取された根部又は茎部の切片を、二価鉄イオンを少なくとも含有する水溶液に浸漬した後、該切片を用いて養液栽培を行うことにより再生でき、かつその植え付けから半年後における再生植物体の根部のグリチルリチン含有の割合が1.5%以上、又は、その植え付けから1年後における再生植物体の根部のグリチルリチン含有の割合が2.5%以上である。 - 結実する株である請求項1記載のカンゾウ属植物株。
- 前記結実により得られた種子から前記植物体を再生できる請求項2記載のカンゾウ属植物株。
- Gu2−2−1株、Gu2−3−2株、GuTS71−08IV1株、GuTS71−08IV2株のいずれかのカンゾウ属植物株。
