a.グルタミン酸−N,N−アセト酢酸(GLDA)及び/又はその塩及び/又は誘導体(特に、グルタミン酸−N,N−アセト酢酸(GLDA)及び/又はその塩)を含むコア、及び

の化合物(又は2種以上の異なる化合物)を含む被覆物、
を含み、
ここで、式Iにおいて、
Rが、C1−〜C30−アルキル又はC2−〜C30−アルケニルであって、追加的に置換基として5個以下のヒドロキシル基、ホルミル基、C1〜C4−アルコキシ基、フェノキシ基又はC1−〜C4−アルコキシカルボニル基を有し、及び5個以下の非隣接酸素原子によって遮断されていても良いもの、式
−(CH2)k−O−(A1O)m−(A2O)n−Y
(但し、
A1及びA2が、相互に独立して、2〜4個の炭素原子を有する1,2−アルキレン基であり、
Yが、水素、C1−〜C12−アルキル、フェニル又はC1−〜C4−アルコキシカルボニルであり、及び
kが、1、2又は3の数であり、及び
m及びnが、それぞれ互いに独立して、0〜50の数であり、そしてm+nの合計が少なくとも4である)
のアルコキシレート基、アルキル内に1〜20個の炭素原子を有するフェニルアルキル基、窒素、酸素及び硫黄からの3個以下のヘテロ原子を有し、追加的にベンゾ−縮合が可能な、5−又は6−員の不飽和の又は飽和の複素環であり、
ここで、Rについての意味において特定される、全てのフェニル環及び複素環が、追加的に、置換基として、3個以下のC1−〜C4−アルキル基、ヒドロキシル基、カルボキシル基、スルホ基及び/又はC1−〜C4−アルコキシカルボニル基を有していても良く、又は
Rが、式
Aが、C1−〜C12−アルキレンブリッジ又は化学結合であり、及び
各Mが、相互に独立して、対応する化学量論量における、水素、アルカリ金属、アルカリ土類金属、アンモニウム又は置換されたアンモニウム(例えば、有機アミン塩)である)(特に、各Mが、互いに独立して、対応する化学量論量における、水素、アルカリ金属、アンモニウム、又は置換されたアンモニウム(例えば、有機アミン塩)である)
の基である、固体に関する。
M1OOC−(CH2)2−CH(COOM1)−N(CH2COOM1)2 (II)
(但し、M1が、水素、アンモニウム、又はアルカリ金属(例えば、ナトリウム、カリウム)及び/又は有機アミン(有機アミン塩)である)
の化合物である。特に好ましくは、そのL−フォームが好ましい。更に、ナトリウム塩が好ましい。
好ましい導入空気温度:90〜160℃、
好ましい生成物温度:50〜120℃、
好ましい排出空気温度:40〜110℃、
好ましい供給物温度:40〜100℃。
M1OOC−(CH2)2−CH(COOM1)−N(CH2COOM1)2 (II)
(但し、M1が、水素、アンモニウム、有機アミン、又はアルカリ金属(好ましくはナトリウム)である)
の化合物を含む。特に好ましくは、コアは、L−グルタミン酸−N,N−アセト酢酸テトラナトリウム塩(C9H9NO8Na4、例えば、CAS No.:51981−21−6)を含む。好ましくはコア材料は、Akzo NobelからのDissolvine(登録商標)GLを含む。
サイクロン、フィルター及び洗浄装置を備えたパイロット流動床スプレー−造粒装置(Glattからのmodel AGT400)を使用して以下の工程を行った。
GLDAの顆粒を、Trilon M液(BASF)で被覆することが、この実験の目的の一つであった。目標とする顆粒サイズは、200〜1000μmであった。
Trilon M液を90〜95℃に加熱し、そしてGLDA顆粒の最初の投入物上にスプレーした。これにより、顆粒を、所望の粒子スペクトル中に得た。1000μm篩の上で、オーバーサイズの部分を篩い除去した。
導入空気温度 140℃
導入空気量:1400m3/h
生成物温度 100〜104℃
排出空気温度:98〜101℃
スプレー圧:2.0バール
スプレー速度:約350〜450g/min
保管容器:90℃
上述した処理パラメーターを確立した後、安定した処理を達成することができた。
この実験の目的は、GLDAとポリマー(ホモポリマー Sokalan PA 30 CL(BASF))の共−顆粒を、Trilon M液で被覆することであった。被覆された顆粒の目標とする顆粒サイズ:200〜1000μm。
導入空気温度 130〜140℃
導入空気量:1200m3/h
生成物温度 104〜106℃
排出空気温度:100〜102℃
スプレー圧:2.0バール
スプレー速度:約100〜150g/min
保管容器:95℃
以下の試料の量を準備した。
この実験の目的は、GLDAとポリマー(ホモポリマー Sokalan PA 30 CL(BASF))の共−顆粒を、Trilon M液で被覆することであった。被覆された顆粒の目標とする顆粒サイズ:200〜1000μm。
導入空気温度 130〜140℃
導入空気量:1200m3/h
生成物温度 104〜106℃
排出空気温度:100〜102℃
スプレー圧:2.0バール
スプレー速度:約100〜150g/min
保管容器:95℃
20.3kgの顆粒(1000μm上で篩分)。オーバーサイズ部分は、5.2kgであった。
Claims (6)
- 固体であって、以下の成分、
a.グルタミン酸−N,N−アセト酢酸及び/又はその塩を含むコア、及び
b.α−アラニン−N,N−アセト酢酸(MGDA)又はそのアルカリ性金属、アンモニウム又は置換されたアミン塩を含む被覆物、
を含むことを特徴とする固体。 - グルタミン酸−N,N−アセト酢酸(GLDA)及び/又は塩が、式(II) M1OOC−(CH2)2−CH(COOM1)−N(CH2COOM1)2 (II)
(但し、M1が、水素、アンモニウム及び/又はアルカリ金属又は有機アミンである)の化合物であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の固体。 - グルタミン酸−N,N−アセト酢酸(GLDA)及び/又はその塩を含む固体が種として最初に導入され、そしてα−アラニン−N,N−アセト酢酸(MGDA)又はそのアルカリ性金属、アンモニウム又は置換されたアミン塩を使用してスプレー造粒することを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の固体を製造する方法。
- α−アラニン−N,N−アセト酢酸(MGDA)又はそのアルカリ性金属、アンモニウム又は置換されたアミン塩の水溶液が、スプレー造粒のために使用されることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の方法。
- イオン及び重金属イオンの錯化剤としての、請求項1又は2に記載の固体を含む固体洗浄剤。
- イオン及び重金属イオンの錯化剤としての、請求項1又は2に記載の固体を含むクリーナー処方物。
