4.5≦(Cr−40.C−2.Mn−4.Ni+6.Si+4.Mo+11.V−30.N)<9
を満足した。
Claims (4)
- マルテンサイト系ステンレス鋼を製造する方法であって、前記鋼のインゴットのエレクトロスラグ再溶解のステップと、次に前記インゴットを冷却するステップとを備え、該エレクトロスラグ再溶解ステップの前に、液体金属状態のインゴットが前記インゴット中で3ppm未満の水素含有率を得るのに十分な時間にわたって真空脱気を受け、前記真空脱気の前に前記インゴットが周囲雰囲気にて精錬を受けることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1に記載のマルテンサイト系ステンレス鋼を製造する方法であって、前記再溶解ステップで使用したスラグが事前に脱水されていることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1または請求項2に記載のマルテンサイト系ステンレス鋼を製造する方法であって、前記エレクトロスラグ再溶解ステップの後に、前記インゴットが前記インゴット中で3ppm未満の水素含有率を得るのに十分な時間にわたって真空脱気を受けることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のマルテンサイト系ステンレス鋼を製造する方法であって、前記鋼の炭素含有率が、鋼がこれより下で亜共析である炭素含有率より低いことを特徴とする方法。
