Claims (10)
- 以下の層を有することを特徴とする、セキュリティーラベルとしてのセキュリティー要素であって、
a) 支持基材
b) 光学活性構造を有する、第一の塗料層
c) 第二の塗料層
d) 場合によっては、反射層及び/又は光学的マークを有する層
e) 接着コーティング
その際、前記層aとbとの間の粘着力が、層bとcとの間の粘着力よりも小さい、上記のセキュリティー要素。 - 支持基材としてプラスチックフィルム、金属フィルム又は紙又は紙との複合体が使用されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のセキュリティー要素。
- 支持基材として、化学的に又は物理的に前処理された、あるいは共押出しされたプラスチックフィルムが使用されることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載のセキュリティー要素。
- 層aとbとの間に接着促進剤が施用されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一つに記載のセキュリティー要素。
- 前記第二の塗料層が光学活性構造を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか一つに記載のセキュリティー要素。
- 前記第二の塗料層の光学活性構造が、前記第一の塗料層の光学活性構造とは異なることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか一つに記載のセキュリティー要素。
- 前記反射層及び/又は前記光学的マークを有する層が、相互に、完全なレジストレーションで(passergenau, registergenau)、又は少なくとも部分的に重なり合って設けられることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか一つに記載のセキュリティー要素。
- 前記第一及び/又は第二の塗料層が、放射線硬化可能な塗料層であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか一つに記載のセキュリティー要素。
- 前記第一及び/又は第二の塗料層が、熱可塑性塗料層であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか一つに記載のセキュリティー要素。
- 前記接着コーティングが、自着コーティング、低温シール性コーティング層又は高温シール性コーティングであることを特徴とする、請求項1〜9のいずれか一つに記載のセキュリティー要素。
