Claims (2)
- 金属製の補強環に、この補強環のフランジ部の両面を覆う部分を有するゴム状弾性材料からなるシール本体を、金型内で一体成形する密封装置の製造において、前記フランジ部を、その本来の形状から成形材料の充填圧力による変形方向と反対側へ偏在した形状にあらかじめ形成することを特徴とする密封装置の製造方法。
- 補強環のフランジ部の本来の形状からの偏在量を、前記充填圧力による変形量にほぼ相当する大きさとすることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の密封装置の製造方法。
