Description
先行技術の1つにおいて、複数の矩形フローリングモジュールを有するプレハブデスクシステムを含む、モジュール式建築システムが開示されている。しかしながら、システムは、モジュール式の形式であって、建築部材組み立ての形式ではない。さらに、この先行技術のフロアモジュールは、梁(joist)およびコネクタで挟まれている。
本発明は、設計形式における柔軟性の度合いをさらに高めることができる、工業化された建築システムのための設計組み立てに重点を置いている。プレハブ建築組み立てを記載するこの発明は、工学プロセスだけではない。それは設計および工学的方法と力学の融合である。
したがって、スペーサーは、フロアジョイストダウエルコネクタ(floor joist dowel connector)、コンポジットキールーフコネクタ(composite key roof connector)、隣接および/または交差する壁パネルのブレーシング(bracing)である。コンポジットキールーフコネクタは、モジュール隅垂木(modular hip rafter)、キーブラケットスペーサー(key bracket spacers)、キープレートスペーサー( key plate spacers)およびキータイ( key ties)を含む。
したがって、モジュール式壁パネルに利用されるスペーサーは、壁パネルのコーナーまたは十字ジャンクションにおいてジョイントする一方で、2つの部分建築材料の間にスリットを作り出し、設備配管用のコンジット(conduit)がそこに収容されることを可能にする。
Claims (6)
- モジュラー式の工業化された建築システム(IBS)における物理的建築部材のための、構造体系スペーサーであって、前記スペーサーは、建築部材のモジュール式形式を組むために利用されるための所定の形状を有し、メインの垂木を保持するためのコンポジットキールーフコネクタ(22、24、26)として作動し、
コンポジットキールーフコネクタが、モジュール式隅垂木(hip rafter)、キーブラケットスペーサー(22)、キープレートスペーサー(24)およびキータイ(26)を含み、
スペーサーはまた、事前組立において様々な物理的建築部材に一体化される、物理的建築組み立て部材の一部である、前記スペーサー。 - スペーサーが、矩形、正方形、三角形または多角形の形状である、請求項1に記載のスペーサー。
- スペーサーが、中実または中空である、請求項1に記載のスペーサー。
- スペーサーが、少なくとも0.1m(100mm)の長さを有する、請求項1に記載のスペーサー。
