Abstract

Structure en bois autoporteuse préfabricable, permettant d'obtenir tous volumes habitables sur différents plans et trames de base, ou mélange de ceux-ci. Elle comprend des poteaux composés 1 fixés sur une lisse 2. Sur la face intérieure horizontale des poteaux 3 vient se fixer un caisson autoporteur 4 sur des entretoises verticales 5. Un deuxième ou troisième étage de poteaux peuvent être superposés sur ces entretoises 5. En partie haute des derniers poteaux viennent se boulonner les pannes sablières 6 recevant un caisson toiture tel 4. Cette structure peut être utilisée pour la réalisation d'habitation individuelle, collective, d'équipements scolaires, hospitaliers. Elle peut être industrialisée, realisée par un amateur, ou livrée en kits préfabriqués.
