Claims (13)
- ノズルプレート(2)のノズル口(1)から、溶融物が無制御に流出することを防止するための、ノズルプレート(2)の前に可動の遮断部材を備えた装置において、
前記遮断部材が溶融ストランド受容部材(4)として形成され、前記溶融ストランド受容部材(4)は、溶融物が溶融ストランドの形態で前記ノズルプレート(2)の前記ノズル口(1)からプロセスチャンバ(3)内へ妨害なしに流出する製造位置と、溶融物が溶融ストランドの形態で前記ノズルプレート(2)の前記ノズル口(1)から前記溶融ストランド受容部材(4)内へ流出する受容位置との間で往復移動可能であり、前記溶融ストランド受容部材(4)が、受容位置において前記ノズルプレート(2)内の前記ノズル口(1)と位置合わせして前記溶融ストランド受容部材(4)内に配設されている、少なくとも1つの溶融物排出口(5)と、少なくとも1つの溶融物排出流路(6)を備え、前記少なくとも1つの溶融物排出口(5)が前記溶融ストランド受容部材(4)内の前記少なくとも1つの溶融物排出流路(6)と流体接続しており、前記溶融ストランド受容部材(4)は、平面状であって、前記ノズルプレート(2)平面と平行に移動し、受容位置で密封されて受容位置に隣接して配置されることを特徴とする装置。 - 前記溶融物が、プラスチック溶融物である、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記溶融ストランド受容部材(4)が、封止部材(7)により、前記プロセスチャンバ(3)および前記ノズルプレート(2)に対して密封されることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の装置。
- 封止部材(7)が封止リップである、請求項3に記載の装置。
- 前記溶融ストランド受容部材(4)がスライダ部材として形成され、前記スライダ部材が平行移動可能に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 前記溶融ストランド受容部材(4)が回転部材として形成され、前記回転部材が回転軸(D)周りを回動可能に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 少なくとも1つのカム(10)が設けられ、少なくとも1つのカム路(9)が設けられ、前記少なくとも1つのカム(10)が前記少なくとも1つのカム路(9)内で可動に設けられ、前記少なくとも1つのカム路(9)が、前記少なくとも1つのカム(10)が存在する領域に設けられ、前記溶融ストランド受容部材(4)が受容位置にある場合は、前記ノズルプレート(2)に向かってずらして配設され、それによって前記溶融ストランド受容部材(4)が前記ノズルプレートに対向する受容位置に押しやられることを特徴とする請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記少なくとも1つのカム(10)が前記溶融ストランド受容部材(4)上に設けられ、前記少なくとも1つのカム路(9)が前記プロセスチャンバ(3)の領域内にあることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の装置。
- 前記少なくとも1つのカム(10)が前記プロセスチャンバ(3)上に設けられ、前記少なくとも1つのカム路(9)が前記溶融ストランド受容部材(4)の領域内にあることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の装置。
- 2つのカム路(9)に、前記各カム路(9)内で可動に設置された2つのカム(10)が設けられることを特徴とする請求項7から9のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記溶融ストランド受容部材(4)が、前記製造位置において周囲の前記プロセスチャンバ(3)の輪郭に対応し、前記プロセスチャンバ(3)を密封するように構成された、輪郭を有することを特徴とする請求項1から10のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記プロセスチャンバ(3)がハウジング湾曲部(8)を備え、前記製造位置にある前記溶融ストランド受容部材(4)が前記ハウジング湾曲部(8)内へ移動することを特徴とする請求項1から11のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記少なくとも1つの溶融物排出流路(6)が、洗浄流体で洗浄可能であることを特徴とする請求項1から12のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
