Description
Claims (11)
- 외측 배출구를 갖는 외측 유로를 통해서 외측 합성 수지를 유동시키는 동시에, 상기 외측 유로 중으로 열려있는 내측 배출구를 갖는 내측 배출로를 통해서 내측 합성 수지를 유동시키는 복합 합성 수지 소재 형성 방법에 있어서,로드를 포함하는 개폐 수단에 의해 상기 내측 배출구를 선택적으로 개폐시키는 단계로서, 로드가 개방 위치에 위치되면 내측 배출구가 개방되고, 로드가 폐쇄 위치에 위치되면 내측 배출구가 폐쇄되는 것을 특징으로 하는 단계, 및상기 내측 배출구의 개폐에 따라 상기 외측 합성 수지를 상기 외측 유로에 간헐적으로 공급하는 단계로서, 외측 합성 수지의 공급은 내측 배출구의 폐쇄와 동시에 또는 폐쇄 이전에 시작되고, 내측 배출구의 개방과 동시에 또는 개방 이전에 정지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 단계를 포함하는 복합 합성 수지 소재 형성 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 최외측 배출구를 갖는 최외측 유로를 통해서 최외측 합성 수지를 유동시키는 것을 더 포함하며, 상기 외측 배출구는 상기 최외측 유로 중으로 열려있는 복합 합성 수지 소재 형성 방법.
- 외측 배출구를 갖는 외측 유로와, 상기 외측 유로 중으로 열려있는 내측 배출구를 갖는 내측 유로와, 상기 외측 유로를 통해서 외측 합성 수지를 유동시키는 외측 합성 수지 공급 수단과, 상기 내측 유로를 통해서 내측 합성 수지를 유동시키는 내측 합성 수지 공급 수단을 구비하는 복합 합성 수지 소재 형성 장치로서,상기 내측 배출구를 선택적으로 개폐시키기 위한 로드를 포함하는 개폐 수단을 구비하고, 로드가 개방 위치에 위치되면 내측 배출구가 개방되고, 로드가 폐쇄 위치에 위치되면 내측 배출구가 폐쇄되고,상기 외측 합성 수지 공급 수단은 내측 배출구의 폐쇄와 동시에 또는 폐쇄 이전에 외측 합성 수지의 공급을 시작하고, 내측 배출구의 개방과 동시에 또는 개방 이전에 외측 합성 수지의 공급을 정지함으로써 상기 외측 유로에 간헐적으로 외측 합성 수지를 공급하는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합 합성 수지 소재 형성 장치.
- 삭제
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 내측 합성 수지 공급 수단은 연속적으로 작동되는 복합 합성 수지 소재 형성 장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 최외측 배출구를 갖는 최외측 유로와, 상기 최외측 유로를 통해서 최외측 합성 수지를 유동시키는 최외측 합성 수지 공급 수단을 더 구비하며, 상기 외측 배출구는 상기 최외측 유로 중으로 열려있는 것인 복합 합성 수지 소재 형성 장치.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 최외측 합성 수지 공급 수단은 연속적 또는 간헐적으로 작동되는 것인 복합 합성 수지 소재 형성 장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 외측 합성 수지 공급 수단은 연속적으로 작동되는 압출기, 및 상기 압출기의 하류에 접속되고 또 간헐적으로 작동되는 기어 펌프로 구성되어 있는 것인 복합 합성 수지 소재 형성 장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 외측 합성 수지 공급 수단은, 연속적으로 작동되는 압출기, 2개의 플런저 수단, 및 상기 플런저 수단의 한 쪽을 상기 압출기에 연통하고 상기 플런저 수단의 다른 쪽을 상기 외측 유로에 연통하는 제1 상태와, 상기 플런저 수단의 상기 한 쪽을 상기 외측 유로에 연통하고 상기 플런저 수단의 상기 다른 쪽을 상기 압출기에 연통하는 제2 상태로 교대로 설정되는 전환 수단으로 구성되어 있는 것인 복합 합성 수지 소재 형성 장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 외측 합성 수지 공급 수단은, 연속적으로 작동되는 압출기, 및 상기 압출기를 상기 외측 유로에 간헐적으로 연통시키는 간헐적 연통 수단으로 구성되어 있는 것인 복합 합성 수지 소재 형성 장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 형성되는 복합 합성 수지 소재는 소요 형상으로 압축 성형되는 것인 복합 합성 수지 소재 형성 장치.
