Description
本発明の成形面ファスナーにおいて、前記第2係合素子は、前記平板状基材の前記第1面から起立する起立部と、前記起立部の上端部から前記第1係合素子の形成領域側に向けてフック状に湾曲する片持ち状の係合頭部とを有していることが好ましい。
本発明の成形面ファスナーにおいて、前記分割横壁体と前記第2係合素子とは、前記平板状基材側の下端部にて連結され、上端部にて離間して構成されていることが好ましい。
更に、本発明の成形面ファスナーにおいて、前記面ファスナー部材は、同面ファスナー部材の幅方向に沿って前記平板状基材に形成された少なくとも1つのスリットを有し、前記スリットは、前記面ファスナー部材の長さ方向に所定の取付ピッチで配された前記第1係合素子間に配されていることが好ましい。
本実施例1の成形面ファスナー1をクッション体に成形一体化するためには、所要の長さを有する成形面ファスナー1を、クッション体の成形用金型のキャビティ面に載置し固定する。
本実施例3に係る成形面ファスナー3は、複数の面ファスナー部材50と、面ファスナー部材50を長さ方向に沿って連結する連結部6を構成するモノフィラメント5と、各成形面ファスナー3に前後方向に沿って固定される線状磁性体7とを有している。
本実施例4の成形面ファスナー4は、各面ファスナー部材60に複数のスリット62が幅方向に沿って形成されていることを除いては、前述の実施例1における成形面ファスナー1と実質的に同様に構成されている。

Claims (7)
- 複数の係合素子(21,22,23)が平板状基材(11,41,51,61) の第1面に立設された面ファスナー部材(10,40,50,60) と、複数の前記面ファスナー部材(10,40,50,60) を長さ方向に沿って連結する可撓性を備えた連結部(6,8) とを有し、各面ファスナー部材(10,40,50,60) は、前記平板状基材(11,41,51,61) における幅方向の左右側縁部側に長さ方向に沿って配された左右一対の縦防壁部(12,42) と、前記平板状基材(11,41,51,61) の長さ方向の前後端縁部側に配された前後一対の横防壁部(13,43,53)とを備え、クッション体の発泡成形時に同クッション体の表面に成形一体化される成形面ファスナー(1,2,3,4) であって、
前記横防壁部(13,43,53)は、外側の第1横壁部(14,44,54)と内側の第2横壁部(15,45,55)とを有し、
前記係合素子(21,22,23)は、前記縦防壁部(12,42) 及び前記第2横壁部(15,45,55)に囲まれた領域に配された第1係合素子(21)と、前記第2横壁部(15,45,55)に直接配された第2係合素子(22,23) とを有し、
前記第1横壁部(14,44,54)は、左右の前記縦防壁部(12,42) に連結され、且つ、前記平板状基材(11,41,51,61) から所定の高さ寸法をもって左右の前記縦防壁部(12,42) 間に連続して立設された連続横壁体(14a,44a,54a) を備え、
前記第2横壁部(15,45,55)は、左右の前記縦防壁部(12,42) 間に幅方向に沿って間欠的に配された分割横壁体(15a,45a,55a) と、前記分割横壁体(15a,45a,55a) の間に配され、相互の上端部が離間した前記第2係合素子(22,23) とを備えてなる、
ことを特徴とする成形面ファスナー。 - 前記第1横壁部(14,44) と前記第2横壁部(15,45) との間の間隔は、前記面ファスナー部材(10,40,60)の長さ方向における前記第1係合素子(21)の取付ピッチよりも小さく設定されてなる請求項1記載の成形面ファスナー。
- 前記第2係合素子(22)は、前記平板状基材(11,41,61)の前記第1面から起立する起立部と、前記起立部の上端部から前記第1係合素子(21)の形成領域側に向けてフック状に湾曲する片持ち状の係合頭部(22a) とを有してなる請求項1又は2記載の成形面ファスナー。
- 前記分割横壁体(15a,45a,55a) と前記第2係合素子(22,23) とは、前記平板状基材(11,41,51,61) 側の下端部にて連結され、上端部にて離間して構成されてなる請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の成形面ファスナー。
- 前記第1横壁部(14,44,54)は、前記連続横壁体(14a,44a,54a) のみから構成されてなる請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の成形面ファスナー。
- 前記面ファスナー部材(60)は、同面ファスナー部材(60)の幅方向に沿って前記平板状基材(61)に形成された少なくとも1つのスリット(62)を有し、
前記スリット(62)は、前記面ファスナー部材(60)の長さ方向に所定の取付ピッチで配された前記第1係合素子(21)間に配されてなる、
請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の成形面ファスナー。 - 前記面ファスナー部材(10,40,50,60) には、磁性を有する部材が含まれてなる請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の成形面ファスナー。
