Claims (8)
- 開口部を備える略矩形状の大型ペリクル用枠体であって、
前記開口部の周縁部は枠部材によって形成されていると共に、前記枠部材は少なくとも1つの接合部によって接合されており、
当該大型ペリクル用枠体を構成する辺の一部に、外側に向けて屈曲した屈曲部が形成され、前記屈曲部の形状が三角状であることを特徴とする、大型ペリクル用枠体。 - 複数の分割枠体に分割されており、当該複数の分割枠体が前記接合部で接合されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の大型ペリクル用枠体。
- 前記接合部は、嵌合により接合していることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の大型ペリクル用枠体。
- 前記接合部は、接着により接合していることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3の何れか1項に記載の大型ペリクル用枠体。
- 対向する一対の長辺と対向する一対の短辺とを有しており、
前記屈曲部は、前記一対の長辺に形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4の何れか1項に記載の大型ペリクル用枠体。 - 請求項1〜5の何れか1項に記載の大型ペリクル用枠体と、
前記大型ペリクル用枠体に展張支持された大型ペリクル膜と、
を有することを特徴とする大型ペリクル。 - 略矩形状に形成されて大型ペリクル膜を展張支持する大型ペリクル用枠体の製造方法であって、
1以上の箇所で分断された前記大型ペリクル用枠体の辺の一部を外側に向けて屈曲した三角状の屈曲部を形成した後、当該分断された部分を接合することを特徴とする、大型ペリクル用枠体の製造方法。 - 前記大型ペリクル用枠体が複数に分割された分割枠体に前記屈曲部を形成した後、前記各分割枠体を接合することを特徴とする請求項7に記載の大型ペリクル用枠体の製造方法。
