Claims (3)
- エンジンの排気管に設けられた選択還元触媒装置と、
前記選択還元触媒装置の上流側で尿素水を噴射するドージングバルブと、
前記選択還元触媒装置入口の排気ガス温度と前記エンジンの運転状況を示すエンジンパラメータとに基づいて算出される排気ガス中のNOx量に応じてNOx還元用の尿素水量を算出する尿素水量算出部と、
エンジンの冷却水温度があらかじめ設定された下限値以下である低水温時、前記尿素水量算出部が算出した尿素水量に前記冷却水温度が低いほど小さい係数をかけて前記ドージングバルブからの尿素水噴射量を決定することにより、前記ドージングバルブからの尿素水噴射量が前記選択還元触媒装置で還元できる最大NOx量に相当する尿素水量を超えないようにする噴射量制限部とを備えたことを特徴とするSCRシステム。 - 前記噴射量制限部は、冷却水温度に応じて係数が設定された低水温係数マップを冷却水温度で参照して係数を得ることを特徴とする請求項1記載のSCRシステム。
- エンジンの排気管に設けられた選択還元触媒装置と、
前記選択還元触媒装置の上流側で尿素水を噴射するドージングバルブと、
前記選択還元触媒装置入口の排気ガス温度と前記エンジンの運転状況を示すエンジンパラメータとに基づいて算出される排気ガス中のNOx量に応じてNOx還元用の尿素水量を算出する尿素水量算出部と、
ブースト圧があらかじめ設定された下限値以下であることで判定される低外気温時、前記尿素水量算出部が算出した尿素水量に前記ブースト圧に応じて設定される所定の係数をかけて前記ドージングバルブからの尿素水噴射量を決定することにより、前記ドージングバルブからの尿素水噴射量が前記選択還元触媒装置で還元できる最大NOx量に相当する尿素水量を超えないようにする噴射量制限部とを備えたことを特徴とするSCRシステム。
