Description
特に好ましい態様では、靱性向上材料およびバインダーは、50:50〜30:70の範囲内の質量%の比率のバインダー:靱性向上材料で混合される。これは、同時に、一方では靱性向上材料と編織布との間の充分な結合と、および他方ではそれらでできた複合繊維構成部分中の半仕上げ編織布生成物とマトリックス樹脂との充分な結合を有する充分な強靱性を達成する。
複合繊維構成部分6が図2中に示されており、これは本例中において、図1を参照して記載された、樹脂注入成形によって織布1から製造されている。本例において、靱性向上材料の層2を有する織布1を鋳型中に置き、次に樹脂注入成形工程においてマトリックス樹脂で満たす。層2中の靱性向上材料の粒子は、本質的に工程の間にそれらのサイズを保持する。

Claims (11)
- 複合繊維構成部分の製造のための靱性向上材料を含み、多層織物、複数の多層織物、織布、編物、マット織物または編組織物、またはそれらいずれかの組み合わせを形成する個々の層の外側の表面上に靱性向上材料を適用する工程のステップを含む、半仕上げ編織布生成物を製造するための方法であって、
該靱性向上材料が、0.5μm〜500μmの範囲の粒径を有する粒子を含み、
ポリ有機シロキサンまたはポリ有機シロキサンの混合物が該靱性向上材料として使用され、そして
樹脂注入成形(RTM)、樹脂射出成形(RIM)または真空補助工程(VAP)を含む方法によって該半仕上げ繊維生成物を含む最終の複合繊維構成部分を製造する前に、該靱性向上材料およびバインダーが該半仕上げ繊維生成物の複数の繊維中に含浸せず、かつ該バインダーが硬化性であることを特徴とする、方法。 - 該靱性向上材料が、粉末として適用されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 該靱性向上材料が、適用の前にバインダーと混合されることを特徴とする、請求項1または2のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 適用の前に、粉末形態の該靱性向上材料が、粉末形態のバインダーと混合され、該粉末混合物が、5μm〜200μmの範囲の粒径を有することを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の方法。
- エポキシ樹脂がバインダーとして使用されることを特徴とする、請求項3〜4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 該靱性向上材料および該バインダーが、該バインダー:該靱性向上材料=50:50〜30:70の範囲の質量%の比で混合されることを特徴とする、請求項3〜5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 靱性向上材料が、シェルによって囲まれたポリ有機シロキサンコアを有する粗粒を有して使用されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 該靱性向上材料、または該靱性向上材料と該バインダーとの混合物が、適用後に固定されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 該靱性向上材料、または該靱性向上材料と該バインダーとの混合物が、熱的におよび/または機械的に固定されることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 該靱性向上材料、または該靱性向上材料と該バインダーとの混合物が、5g/m2〜30g/m2の範囲の適用量を使用して適用されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 0.5μm〜500μmの範囲のサイズの靱性向上材料の粒子を含み、
ポリ有機シロキサン粒子またはポリ有機シロキサンの混合物が該靱性向上材料として使用され、そして
樹脂注入成形(RTM)、樹脂射出成形(RIM)または真空補助工程(VAP)を含む方法によって半仕上げ繊維生成物を含む最終の複合繊維構成部分を製造する前に、該靱性向上材料およびバインダーが該半仕上げ繊維生成物の複数の繊維中に含浸せず、かつ該バインダーが硬化性であることを特徴する、多層織物、複数の多層織物、織布、編物、マット織物または編組織物、またはそれらいずれかの組み合わせを形成する個々の層の形態の半仕上げ編織布生成物。
