使用者又は電気自動車に対する認証情報を受信する充電認証部と、
単位時間の間に前記電気自動車の充電のために消耗された電力量及び充電が行われた時間情報を含む電力量情報を生成する電力量計測部と、
前記使用者又は電気自動車に対する認証情報を認証サーバに送信し、前記充電に対する課金をするために、前記電力量情報を前記単位時間毎に前記電力量情報に対応する充電金額を決めるための上位レベルの課金サーバに送信し、前記課金サーバから課金額についての情報を受信する通信部と、を含み、
前記課金額は、前記電気自動車が上位レベルの電力網に提供した電力量が差し引かれた金額であり、
前記単位時間は、前記電気自動車を充電する時間より短いことを特徴とする充電装置。 - 前記通信部が第1電力量情報を前記課金サーバに送信すると、前記電力量計測部が新たな第2電力量情報を生成し、

請求項10に記載の充電方法。 - 電気自動車を充電するシステムにおいて、
単位時間の間に前記電気自動車の充電のために消耗された電力量及び充電が行われた時間情報を含む電力量情報を生成し、前記電力量情報を前記単位時間毎に上位レベルの課金サーバに送信する充電装置と、
前記充電装置から前記単位時間毎に送信された前記電力量情報に対応して充電金額を決定する課金サーバと、を含み、
前記課金サーバで決定される充電金額は、前記電気自動車が上位レベルの電力網に提供した電力量が差し引かれた金額であり、
前記単位時間は、前記電気自動車を充電する時間より短いことを特徴とする充電システム。 - 前記充電装置から送信された認証情報を受信し、認証を行った後、前記充電装置に認証結果を送信する認証サーバを更に含む、
