Description
撹拌器を取り付けた加熱可能な沈殿容器に水5lを入れ、それから酸化チタンを硫酸チタニル酸性溶液の形で加える。この溶液を撹拌しながら温度80℃から90℃に加熱する。この温度に到達したら、金属硝酸塩溶液と沈殿剤水溶液を平行して加え始める。金属硝酸塩溶液は、ニッケルの他にマグネシウム、アルミニウム、およびクロムを含有する。沈殿剤溶液は、ソーダ(Na2CO3)の他に、溶解した二酸化ケイ素化合物を含有する。沈殿させている間、pH値は8から8.5で一定に保つ。沈殿時間およびその後の撹拌時間はそれぞれ2時間である。
加熱可能な沈殿容器に水15lを入れ、それからSiO2成分としての珪藻土および固形TiO2(P25、Degussa Co.)を撹拌しながら加える。続いて水酸化ナトリウム水溶液(10%)を加える。溶液を85℃に加熱した後、混合金属硝酸塩溶液(ニッケルイオン、アルミニウムイオン、マグネシウムイオン、およびクロムイオンを含有)を計量しながら加える。ニッケル対SiO2、Al2O3、MgO、TiO2、Cr2O3、およびZnOのモル比は、1:0.4:0.038:0.05:0.016:0.004:0.006である。
加熱可能な沈殿容器に水10lを入れ、それからアルミン酸ナトリウム溶液(40gのAl2O3/l溶液、100gのNaOH/l)および水ガラス溶液(50gのSiO2/l溶液)を撹拌しながら加える。この溶液を90℃から95℃に加熱してから、ニッケル硝酸塩と、マグネシウム硝酸塩と、ジルコニウム硝酸塩との水溶液を、pH値の上限8.5で、計量しながら加える。金属硝酸塩溶液は、硫酸チタニル溶液の形でTiO2をさらに含有する。pH値が約8.5に到達したら、残りのニッケル硝酸塩溶液およびNaOH水溶液(10%)を温度90℃から95℃で平行して加え始める。沈殿時間は1時間、続く撹拌時間は約2時間である。
加熱可能な沈殿容器に水5lおよび固形TiO2(P25、Degussa Co.)を入れ、それから懸濁液を撹拌しながら温度90℃から95℃に加熱する。この温度に達したら、混合金属硝酸塩溶液(ニッケル、アルミニウム、およびマグネシウムを硝酸塩の形で含有)およびアルカリ溶液(沈殿剤ソーダおよび溶解したSiO2化合物の水溶液である)を平行して加える。沈殿させている間、pH値は、8.0から8.3で一定に調整される。沈殿およびその後の撹拌時間はそれぞれ約2時間である。
沈殿容器に水8lと硫酸チタニルを入れ、それから、ナトリウム水ガラス溶液を撹拌しながら30分間以内で加える。加えている間、所望の沈殿温度90℃に加熱する。この温度に達したら、ニッケル硝酸塩と、マグネシウム硝酸塩と、およびアルミニウム硝酸塩との混合溶液を加えてpH値を約8にし、それから混合物をさらに30分撹拌する。その後、水酸化ナトリウム溶液(150g/l)および残りの金属硝酸塩溶液を平行して計量しながら加えて、沈殿プロセスを続ける。沈殿させている間、温度は90℃で一定である。沈殿時間および続く撹拌時間はそれぞれ約1時間である。ニッケル対SiO2、Al2O3、MgO、およびTiO2のモル比は、1:0.65:0.038:0.05:0.016である。
沈殿容器に水10lを入れ、撹拌しながら80℃に加熱した。その後、一定温度80℃で撹拌しながら、混合金属硝酸塩溶液(ニッケル1.4kg、MgO0.050kg、Al2O30.050kg、およびFe0.0056kgを含有)とソーダ/水ガラス溶液(ソーダ2.9kgおよびSiO20.345kgを含有)を、平行して加えた。沈殿させている間のpH値は7.5であった。沈殿プロセスは1時間後に完了した。沈殿完了後、懸濁液を濾過して洗った。それから、得られたフィルターケーキを110℃で乾燥し、細かく粉砕して、350℃で焼成した。流動相中、温度400℃で、遊離触媒物質の還元を行った。触媒を窒素/空気混合物中で安定化した後、完成した触媒は以下の組成を有した:ニッケル60%、SiO218%、Al2O32.7%、MgO2%、およびFe2O30.3%。
水10l、および実施例6で用いたものと同じ組成のソーダ/水ガラス溶液を容器に入れて80℃に加熱した。その後、撹拌しながら一定温度80℃で、混合金属硝酸塩溶液(ニッケル1.4kg、Al2O30.050kg、およびFe0.0056kgを含有)を加えた。1時間の沈殿時間後、沈殿懸濁液のpH値は7.3であった。沈殿スラリーを濾過し、洗い、それから市販の噴霧乾燥機に噴霧した。噴霧した顆粒の平均粒子サイズは約10μmであった。焼成、還元、および安定化は、流動相で行った。
乾燥して粉砕したNi/SiO2出発物質(平均粒子サイズ10μmおよび容積密度0.7kg/l)を結合剤としてのタイローズ(tylose)と混合し、コンデンセート水、硝酸、およびシリカゾルの溶液を加えて実験用混練機で分散した。この混練機のバッチの固形分に基づいて、加えたタイローズの量は2.5%であった。15分の混練時間後、全バッチ分を、切断デバイスを備えた実験用押出機で3mmの円筒状に押出し成形した。得られた湿潤押出し物を実験用整粒機(Caleva Co.,Model 120,England)でさらに加工処理して球状にした。それから、得られた球状物質を130℃で乾燥した。
以下の表1は、以下の比較分析に用いた、本発明による触媒と比較の触媒の組成を示す。

Claims (14)
- シリカ担持ニッケル触媒であって、ニッケル含量が40から85重量%であり(NiOとして計算)、ケイ素含量が15から60重量%であり(SiO2として計算)、チタン含量が0.5から5.0重量%であり(TiO2として計算)、鉄を0.20重量%より多くは含有せず(Feとして計算)、該触媒の成分は全体で100重量%を越えないように選択され、単峰性Ni微結晶サイズ分布を有し、還元した触媒の平均微結晶サイズが1.5から3.5nmであり、少なくとも0.60ml/gの細孔容積を有し、直径10nm以上の細孔の細孔容積の割合が少なくとも55%である、不飽和炭化水素の水素化触媒。
- 触媒のニッケルの還元レベルは52から80%であり、当該ニッケルの還元レベルは、金属ニッケル対全ニッケルの比で表される、請求項1に記載の触媒。
- アルミニウム含量が2から10重量%である(Al2O3として計算)、請求項1または2に記載の触媒。
- マグネシウム含量が0.1から3.0重量%である(MgOとして計算)、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の触媒。

- ニッケルイオン源およびチタンイオン源を含むが鉄を実質的に含まない金属塩溶液を、ナトリウム水ガラス溶液と、pH8から9.5および温度70℃から100℃で反応させて、触媒物質を共沈させ、共沈した触媒物質を回収してシリカ担持ニッケル触媒を得、次いで乾燥、焼成、および還元すること、を含む、請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載のシリカ担持ニッケル触媒の調製プロセス。
- 金属塩溶液は、Ni2+と、TiO2+と、ならびにAl3+、Cr3+、Mg2+、Zn2+、およびZrO2+から選択される1種以上のイオンとを含む、請求項10に記載のプロセス。
