Description
直流電機電気自動車用誘導子の電力回収装置は蓄電池E、インバータ一INV(直変交流インバータ)、誘導子T、整流ブリッジ一(大出力二極整流ブリッジ)又はインバータ2(交流変直流インバータ)D1、直流電機M、整流ブリッジ二(大出力ダイオード整流ブリッジ)又はインバータ三(交流変直流インバータ)D2及び外部電源充電器QLからなる。
Claims (6)
- 蓄電池E、インバータ一INV、誘導子T、整流ブリッジ一又はインバータ2 D1、直流電機M、整流ブリッジ二又はインバータ三D2及び外部電源充電器QLからなることを特徴とし、
蓄電池Eの正、負極は各々インバータ一INV入力端1、2に接続され、インバータ一INV出力端4は誘導子T1次コイルL1の1端に接続され、インバータ一の出力端3は整流ブリッジ一又はインバータ2 D1の入力端1に接続され、誘導子T1次コイルL1の2端は整流ブリッジ一又はインバータ2 D1の入力端2に接続され、整流ブリッジ一又はインバータ 2 D1の出力端3、4は直流電機に接続され、
誘導子T2次コイルL2の出力端3、4は整流ブリッジ二又はインバータ三D2の1、2端に接続され、整流ブリッジ二又はインバータ3 D2の出力端3、4は各々蓄電池の正、負極に接続され、
誘導子Tは、変流、電圧安定を行うと同時に、誘導子Tの1次コイルと直列に接続された直流電機Mが作動するとき、誘導子Tの1次コイルの電流および電圧が電磁誘導を形成して誘導子Tの2次コイルに影響を与え2次コイルに交流の電流および電圧を生じさせ、交流の電流および電圧が更に整流ブリッジ二又はインバータ3 D2によって直流の電流および電圧に整流され、直流の電流および電圧が蓄電池Eに入力して充電することによって電力が回収され、
外部電源充電器QLは蓄電池Eの正、負極に接続され、外部電源で蓄電池に充電する直流電機電気自動車用誘導子の電力回収装置。 - 前記の誘導子Tは磁気コア、コイル、取付ブラケット、骨組及び絶縁材からなり、コイルは骨組に巻き、コイルに磁気コアが差し込まれ、取付ブラケットに固定され、絶縁材で密封することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の直流電機電気自動車用誘導子の電力回収装置。
- 前記のコイルはエナメル又は他の絶縁導電材料で巻いたものであることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の直流電機電気自動車用誘導子電力回収装置。
- 前記の直流電機に直流電機速度コントローラを利用することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の直流電機電気自動車用誘導子電力回収装置。
- 前記の蓄電池Eに蓄電池パック又は単体蓄電池を利用することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の直流電機電気自動車用誘導子電力回収装置。
- 前記の蓄電池Eは電源管理器があることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の直流電機電気自動車用誘導子電力回収装置。
