Claims (24)
- 血液サンプル中のヘモグロビンの量および酵素の活性度をそれぞれ測定する第1および第2の測定部分を備えるマイクロ流体チップを備える診断装置であって、
前記マイクロ流体チップが、
血液サンプルを投入するサンプル入口ポートと、
前記血液サンプルを溶解物に変換するサンプル溶解部分と、
前記溶解物が前記第1および第2の測定部分に入るときに通る通路と、
それぞれ前記第1および第2の測定部分に電気的に接続された線とを備え、
前記サンプル溶解部分が、溶剤を含有するマトリクスを備える、診断装置。 - 前記マイクロ流体チップの前記第1の測定部分が、測光法、ボルタンメトリ、または比色法を使用して、前記血液サンプル中の前記ヘモグロビンの量を測定する、請求項1に記載の診断装置。
- 前記マイクロ流体チップの前記第1の測定部分を複数提供し、前記測光法、前記ボルタンメトリ、または前記比色法から選択される複数の測定方法を使用して、前記血液サンプル中の前記ヘモグロビンの量を測定する、請求項2に記載の診断装置。
