Description
Claims (3)
- 燃料噴射弁のノズルよりエンジンの燃焼室内に微少量の燃料を噴射して、前記燃料噴射弁の噴射量の学習を行う燃料噴射制御装置において、
前記ノズルの被熱温度を検知する被熱温度検知手段と、
前記被熱温度検知手段により検知された前記ノズルの被熱温度と前記エンジンの運転時間とに基づいて、前記ノズルの被熱量を求める被熱量取得手段と、
前記被熱量取得手段により求められた前記ノズルの被熱量に応じて、前記噴射量の学習を行うインターバルを変更する学習インターバル変更手段と、
前記燃料噴射弁の慣らし期間中であるかどうかを判断する判断手段とを備え、
前記被熱温度検知手段は、前記エンジンの回転数を検出する手段と、前記エンジンの回転数と前記燃料噴射弁の噴射量とに基づいて、前記ノズルの被熱温度を求める手段とを有し、
前記学習インターバル変更手段は、前記判断手段により前記燃料噴射弁の慣らし期間中であると判断されたときに、前記ノズルの被熱量が多くなるほど、前記噴射量の学習を行うインターバルを長くなるように設定することを特徴とする燃料噴射制御装置。 - 前記被熱量取得手段により求められた前記ノズルの被熱量に応じて、前記微少量の燃料を噴射する回数を変更する学習時噴射回数変更手段を更に備えることを特徴とする請求項1記載の燃料噴射制御装置。
- 前記学習時噴射回数変更手段は、前記判断手段により前記燃料噴射弁の慣らし期間中であると判断されたときに、前記ノズルの被熱量に応じて、前記微少量の燃料を噴射する回数を変更することを特徴とする請求項2記載の燃料噴射制御装置。
