Claims (15)
- 金属粉末と、
非晶質エポキシ樹脂と、を含み、
前記金属粉末の重量比が75〜98wt%であるフィルム状の混合物であって、
ゴム系強靭化剤をさらに含み、このゴム系強靭化剤の含量は前記非晶質エポキシ樹脂の1〜30PHRであるインダクタ用の金属−ポリマー複合体フィルム。 - 前記金属粉末は直径が互いに異なる第1金属粒子と、第2金属粒子と、を含む請求項1に記載のインダクタ用の金属−ポリマー複合体フィルム。
- 前記第1金属粒子の直径は20〜100μmであり、
前記第2金属粒子の直径は10μm未満である請求項2に記載のインダクタ用の金属−ポリマー複合体フィルム。 - 前記金属粉末中の前記第1金属粒子と前記第2金属粒子との重量比は1〜4:1である請求項3に記載のインダクタ用の金属−ポリマー複合体フィルム。
- 前記非晶質エポキシ樹脂は、
ノボラック系エポキシ樹脂または分子量15000以上のゴム系高分子エポキシ樹脂である請求項1に記載のインダクタ用の金属−ポリマー複合体フィルム。 - (A)導電パターンからなるコイル部を基板の一面または両面に備えてコイル層を形成する段階と、
(B)前記コイル層の上部面及び下部面に前記請求項1に記載のインダクタ用の金属−ポリマー複合体フィルムを積層する段階と、
(C)前記コイル層と、インダクタ用の金属−ポリマー複合体フィルムとを圧着及び硬化させる段階と、
を含むインダクタの製造方法。 - 前記(A)段階と前記(B)段階との間に、
前記コイル層を貫通するコアホールを形成する段階をさらに含む請求項6に記載のインダクタの製造方法。 - 前記(C)段階は、
温度170〜200℃、面圧0.05〜20kgf、真空度0.1torr以下の条件下で行われる請求項6に記載のインダクタの製造方法。 - 前記金属粉末は直径が互いに異なる第1金属粒子と、第2金属粒子と、を含む請求項6に記載のインダクタの製造方法。
- 前記第1金属粒子の直径は20〜100μmであり、
前記第2金属粒子の直径は10μm未満である請求項9に記載のインダクタの製造方法。 - 前記金属粉末中の前記第1金属粒子と前記第2金属粒子との重量比は1〜4:1である請求項10に記載のインダクタの製造方法。
- 前記非晶質エポキシ樹脂は、
ノボラック系エポキシ樹脂または分子量15000以上のゴム系高分子エポキシ樹脂である請求項6に記載のインダクタの製造方法。 - (a)導電パターンからなる複数のコイル部を基板の一面または両面に備えてコイル層を形成する段階と、
(b)前記コイル層の上部面及び下部面に前記請求項1に記載のインダクタ用の金属−ポリマー複合体フィルムを積層する段階と、
(c)前記コイル層と、インダクタ用の金属−ポリマー複合体フィルムとを圧着及び硬化させる段階と、
(d)前記複数のコイル部が単一のコイル部になるように、前記(c)段階を経たものをダイシングする段階と、
(e)前記(d)段階を経たものに外部電極を形成する段階と、
を含むインダクタの製造方法。 - 前記(a)段階と前記(b)段階との間に、
前記複数のコイル部それぞれに前記コイル層を貫通するコアホールが備えられるようにパンチングする段階をさらに含む請求項13に記載のインダクタの製造方法。 - 前記(c)段階は、
温度170〜200℃ 、面圧0.05〜20kgf、真空度0.1torr以下の条件下で行われる請求項13に記載のインダクタの製造方法。
