Claims (5)
- 筐体の内部に設けられた検知電極を被検出対象物に近接させることにより、前記被検出対象物における直流電圧の有無を検出する直流電圧検出器であって、
前記被検出対象物と検知電極との間に形成される電極間浮遊静電容量と、前記筐体の内部シールドと大地との間に形成される対地間浮遊静電容量との間に、静電容量を可変することにより直流電圧に応じた交流電流を発生させる交流発生部を具備したことを特徴とする直流電圧検出器。 - 前記交流発生部は、前記検知電極の出力側に接続された可変コンデンサと、前記可変コンデンサの静電容量を変化させる圧電素子とで構成されている請求項1に記載の直流電圧検出器。
- 前記内部シールドは、前記筐体の内部で検知電極を除く部位に形成されている請求項1又は2に記載の直流電圧検出器。
- 前記被検出対象物は、接地系回路で構成されている請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の直流電圧検出器。
- 前記被検出対象物は、非接地系回路で構成されている請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の直流電圧検出器。
