Claims (10)
- 一つ以上の金属長纎維間の物理的接触または化学的結合を通じて形成された導電性ネットワークと、
前記導電性ネットワークにバインディングされた第1電気的活物質と、を含む電極構造を有し、
前記金属長纎維のうち一部または全部は、その表面上に、第2電気的活物質がプリコーティングされ、
前記第2電気的活物質は、周囲の前記第1電気的活物質と同一であるか、または化学的親和度を有する他の種類の活物質であることを特徴とする電池。 - 前記金属長纎維は、ランダムに配列されて、互いに締結される不織布構造を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電池。
- 前記金属長纎維は、二つ以上の異なる種類の金属で形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電池。
- 前記電極構造は、熱処理されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電池。
- 前記電極構造は、圧着されて板状構造を有したり、前記板状構造が、折れ、巻き、積層またはそれらの組み合わせにより変形した構造を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電池。
- 前記金属長纎維は、1μmないし200μm範囲内の厚さを有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電池。
- 前記金属長纎維は、5mmないし1000mm範囲内の長さを有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電池。
- 前記金属長纎維は、ステンレス鋼、アルミニウム、ニッケル、チタン及び銅、またはそれらの合金のうちいずれか一つまたはそれらの組み合わせを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電池。
- 前記電気的活物質は、一次電池用活物質または二次電池用活物質を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電池。
- 前記電気的活物質と導電性ネットワークとの間の気孔の間に浸湿された電解質液をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電池。
