− ホットメルト表面を備える繊維の部分の少なくとも一部は、それらの長さの一部に亘って内部層に浸透し(penetrating)、互いに並びに内部層の繊維に部分的に接着し(adhering)、
− 内部層は幾つかの方向において無作為な向きに走る連続的なガラスストランドの種類の繊維を含む成形強化材を提案する。
a)ホットメルト表面を備える化学繊維の第一ウェブを提供するステップと、
b)連続的なガラスストランドの内部層を形成するよう、幾つかの厚みにおいて全て無作為な向きで、ホットメルト表面を備える化学繊維の第一ウェブの上に連続的なガラスストランドを置くステップと、
c)ホットメルト表面を備える化学繊維の第二ウェブを連続的なガラスストランドの内部層の上に置くステップと、
d)第一ウェブ及び第二ウェブの各々におけるホットメルト表面を備える繊維の部分を内部層に浸透させるよう、両面光穿刺操作を遂行するステップと、
e)ホットメルト表面を備える繊維を軟化し且つそれらを粘着性にするほど十分高い温度まで集合体の全体を加熱するステップと、
f)集合体を冷間圧延するステップとを含む方法を提供する。
Claims (13)
- 繊維に基づくラップから成る成形強化材であって、
通気される繊維に基づく内部層と、
該内部層の各側に位置付けられる外部層とを含み、
前記内部層は、前記外部層よりも厚く、
前記外部層は、ホットメルト表面を備える繊維の部分を含み、
前記ホットメルト表面を備える繊維の部分の少なくとも一部は、それらの長さの一部に亘って前記内部層に浸透し、互いに並びに内部層の前記繊維に部分的に接着し、
前記内部層は、幾つかの厚みにおいて並びにループを形成するよう無作為な向きにおいて走る連続的なガラスストランドの種類の繊維を含むことを特徴とする、
成形強化材。 - 前記連続的なガラスストランドは、20cmの長さを超えるストランドの部分であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の成形強化材。
- 前記内部層において、前記連続的なガラスストランドは、前記ラップの表面に沿って連続的なメッシュを形成することを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の成形強化材。
- 前記連続的なガラスストランドは、長い連続的なガラスストランドの少なくとも1つの膨張ロービングの形態であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の成形強化材。
- 連続的なガラスストランドの前記ロービングは、2400〜4800テックスの数を有することを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の成形強化材。
- 前記連続的なガラスストランドは、14μm〜17μmの間に及ぶ個々の直径のフィラメントの集合体で構成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の成形強化材。
- 前記連続的なガラスストランドは、40〜80テックスの数を有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の成形強化材。
- 前記内部層と前記外部層の少なくとも1つとの間に、細断ガラスストランドに基づく中間層を更に含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の成形強化材。
- 400〜1800g/m2の間の質量を有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の成形強化材。
- リール内に詰め込まれる連続的な細片の形態にあることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の成形強化材。
- 請求項1に記載の成形強化材を製造する方法であって、
a)ホットメルト表面を備える化学繊維の第一ウェブを提供するステップと、
b)連続的なガラスストランドの内部層を形成するよう、連続的なガラスストランドを、幾つかの厚みにおいて並びにループを形成するよう全て無作為な向きで、前記ホットメルト表面を備える化学繊維の第一ウェブの上に置くステップと、
c)ホットメルト表面を備える化学繊維の第二ウェブを、連続的なガラスストランドの前記内部層の上に置くステップと、
d)前記第一ウェブ及び前記第二ウェブの各々におけるホットメルト表面を備える繊維の部分を前記内部層に浸透させるよう、両面の穿刺操作を遂行するステップと、
e)前記ホットメルト表面を備える繊維を軟化し且つそれらを粘着性にする十分に高い温度まで集合体の全体を加熱するステップと、
f)前記集合体を冷間圧延するステップとを含む、
方法。 - 前記ステップb)の間、前記連続的なガラスストランドは、長い連続的なガラスストランドの1つ又はそれよりも多くの膨張ロービングの形態において置かれることを特徴とする、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記ステップb)の間、前記連続的なガラスストランドは、その長さが20cmよりも大きいガラスストランドの部分の形態において置かれることを特徴とする、請求項11に記載の方法。
