Abstract
本发明提供了一种天窗遮阳板及其制备方法,包括玻璃纤维层、上玻纤增强聚氨酯层、下玻纤增强聚氨酯层,在玻璃纤维层的上下分别设上玻纤增强聚氨酯层和下玻纤增强聚氨酯层,在下玻纤增强聚氨酯层之下或上玻纤增强聚氨酯层之上设无纺布增强聚氨酯层。与已有技术相比具有突出的实质性特点和显著进步:1、采用在玻纤毡层之外增加无纺布层的方法生产的聚氨酯产品,可以改变聚氨酯产品的弧度,使产品的弧度符合要求;2、节药了重新制作模具的成本,节约了劳动力,同时提高了产品的质量。

技术领域
本发明属于汽车饰品技术领域,具体涉及一种天窗遮阳板及其制备方法。
背景技术
玻纤增强聚氨酯产品,广泛应用于汽车内饰领域。玻璃纤维层夹心的玻纤增强聚氨酯产品是一种近年开始出现的新技术,产品的上下表面是玻纤增强聚氨酯层,中间为玻璃纤维层,这种玻璃纤维层夹心的玻纤增强聚氨酯材料因为具有强度高、重量轻、形状稳定等优点在天窗遮阳板、备胎盖板等汽车内饰领域得到了越来越多的应用。
因为材料、生产工艺等原因,生产出的产品弧度并不与模具的弧度一致;因为玻纤增强聚氨酯属于热固性材料,这些因为弧度问题而造成的不良品无法修复,是一种巨大的浪费。造成弧度差异的原因有很多,有一些是因为随机的原因造成的,导致产品的弧度分布很宽,有的比设计值大,有的比设计值小,这种弧度的差异很难消除;另外还有一些是因为某些特定原因造成,产品的弧度比设计值(模具弧度)总体偏小或者总体偏大,这种情况下,可以采用重新制作模具的方法(改变模具的弧度)来减少不良品,但是重新制作模具费时费力,并不是非常理想的方法。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种天窗遮阳板及其制备方法,具体的技术方案为:一种天窗遮阳板,包括玻璃纤维层、上玻纤增强聚氨酯层、下玻纤增强聚氨酯层,在玻璃纤维层的上下分别设上玻纤增强聚氨酯层和下玻纤增强聚氨酯层,在下玻纤增强聚氨酯层之下或上玻纤增强聚氨酯层之上设无纺布增强聚氨酯层;材料按照玻纤毡层、玻璃纤维层、玻纤毡层的顺序铺放整齐,在材料的正反面都喷涂聚氨酯料,把喷过聚氨酯料的材料送入到模具中,在模具的温度和压力作用下,聚氨酯料经过反应把各种材料粘结成一个总体,形成玻纤增强的天窗遮阳板。
一种本发明所述的玻纤增强的天窗遮阳板的制备方法,包括如下工艺步骤:将材料按照玻纤毡层、玻璃纤维层、玻纤毡层的顺序铺放整齐,在材料的正反面都喷涂聚氨酯料,把喷过聚氨酯料的材料送入到模具中,在模具的温度和压力作用下,聚氨酯料经过反应把各种材料粘结成一个总体,制成玻纤增强的天窗遮阳板。
优选的,所述的无纺布层的材料是聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯或聚丙烯。
优选的,所述玻璃纤维层、上玻纤增强聚氨酯层、下玻纤增强聚氨酯层的厚度分别为1-3mm、2-4mm、2-4mm。
有益效果:本发明提供了一种天窗遮阳板及其制备方法,与已有技术相比具有突出的实质性特点和显著进步:1、采用在玻纤毡层之外增加无纺布层的方法生产的聚氨酯产品,可以改变聚氨酯产品的弧度,使产品的弧度符合要求;2、节药了重新制作模具的成本,节约了劳动力,同时提高了产品的质量。

下面结合具体实施例来进一步描述本发明,以下实施例仅是本发明的最佳实施例,并不对本发明的范围构成任何限制。本领域技术人员应该理解的是,在不偏离本发明的精神和范围下可以对本发明技术方案的细节和形式进行修改或替换,但这些修改和替换均落入本发明的保护范围内。
实施例1
一种天窗遮阳板,包括玻璃纤维层、上玻纤增强聚氨酯层、下玻纤增强聚氨酯层,在玻璃纤维层的上下分别设上玻纤增强聚氨酯层和下玻纤增强聚氨酯层,在下玻纤增强聚氨酯层之下或上玻纤增强聚氨酯层之上设无纺布增强聚氨酯层;材料按照玻纤毡层、玻璃纤维层、玻纤毡层的顺序铺放整齐,在材料的正反面都喷涂聚氨酯料,把喷过聚氨酯料的材料送入到模具中,在模具的温度和压力作用下,聚氨酯料经过反应把各种材料粘结成一个总体,形成玻纤增强的天窗遮阳板。

1.一种天窗遮阳板,其特征在于,包括玻璃纤维层、上玻纤增强聚氨酯层、下玻纤增强聚氨酯层,在玻璃纤维层的上下分别设上玻纤增强聚氨酯层和下玻纤增强聚氨酯层,在下玻纤增强聚氨酯层之下或上玻纤增强聚氨酯层之上设无纺布增强聚氨酯层;材料按照玻纤毡层、玻璃纤维层、玻纤毡层的顺序铺放整齐,在材料的正反面都喷涂聚氨酯料,把喷过聚氨酯料的材料送入到模具中,在模具的温度和压力作用下,聚氨酯料经过反应把各种材料粘结成一个总体,形成玻纤增强的天窗遮阳板。
2.一种权利要求1所述的天窗遮阳板的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下工艺步骤:将材料按照玻纤毡层、玻璃纤维层、玻纤毡层的顺序铺放整齐,在材料的正反面都喷涂聚氨酯料,把喷过聚氨酯料的材料送入到模具中,在模具的温度和压力作用下,聚氨酯料经过反应把各种材料粘结成一个总体,制成玻纤增强的天窗遮阳板。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种天窗遮阳板的生产方法,其特征在于,所述的无纺布层的材料是聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯或聚丙烯。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种天窗遮阳板,其特征在于,所述玻璃纤维层、上玻纤增强聚氨酯层、下玻纤增强聚氨酯层的厚度分别为1-3mm、2-4mm、2-4mm。
