Description
の可視光は、上方から副流煙SS1およびSS2に照射され、副流煙SS1、SS2は、それぞれ、覗き窓311および321からのみ観察される。
広葉樹晒クラフトパルプ(LBKP)と針案樹晒クラフトパルプ(NBKP)との重量比8:2のパルプ混合物を、カナダ法濾水度が約100mLとなるように叩解し、この叩解したパルプ混合物に、填料として下記表1に示す炭酸カルシウムを同表1に示す含有量となるように添加した。得られた紙料を用いて、TAPPI標準型手すき機により巻紙(坪量を表1に示す)を抄紙した。得られた巻紙の表面に、燃焼調節剤としてクエン酸カリウム水溶液を、乾燥基準で3〜4重量%のクエン酸カリウムが巻紙に含有されるように塗布した。この巻紙を、温度22℃、相対湿度60%の条件下で2日間以上調和し、所定の長さに切断した。巻紙中の炭酸カルシウム量は、0.3N塩酸水溶液にて30分間超音波抽出を行った後、Agilent社製キャピラリー電気泳動システム(7100)により、カルシウムイオンとして定量し、炭酸カルシウムに換算することで求めた。
実施例5および6では、同程度の一次粒子の長さ(L)を持つが、一次粒子の形状が異なる炭酸カルシウムにおいて、一次粒子の形状が可視副流煙量および主流煙中の一酸化炭素量に及ぼす影響を調査した。異なる一次粒子の形状を有する炭酸カルシウムとして、「PCX-850」および「カルライトSA」を使用した。PCX-850およびカルライトSAの含有量は、それぞれ、22.5g/m2および23.0g/m2であった。
次に、二次粒子が同様にイガ状となる炭酸カルシウムにおいて、一次粒子の長さ(L)が可視副流煙量および主流煙中の一酸化炭素量に及ぼす影響を調査した。柱状または針状の一次粒子形状を有するが、異なる一次粒子の長さ(L)を持つ炭酸カルシウムとして、「イガグリ状炭酸カルシウム」および「カルライトSA」を使用した。
炭酸カルシウムの二次粒子がイガ状の形態にあるか否かが、可視副流煙量および主流煙中の一酸化炭素量に及ぼす影響を調査した。
以下に、本願出願の当初の特許請求の範囲に記載された発明を付記する。

40〜55g/m 2 の坪量を有し、18g/m 2 以上の量で炭酸カルシウムが含有されていることを特徴とするシガレット巻紙。

前記炭酸カルシウムの一次粒子が、柱状もしくは針状形状を有することを特徴とする[1]に記載のシガレット巻紙。

前記炭酸カルシウムの一次粒子が、4以上10未満の平均アスペクト比を有し、且つ0.1〜1.5μm以下の平均長さ(L)を有することを特徴とする[2]に記載のシガレット巻紙。

前記炭酸カルシウムの二次粒子が、イガ状の形態にあることを特徴とする[2]または[3]に記載のシガレット巻紙。

0.4〜1.0g/cm 3 の密度を有することを特徴とする[4]に記載のシガレット巻紙。

クエン酸のアルカリ金属塩からなる燃焼調節剤を含有することを特徴とする[1]〜[5]のいずれか一項に記載のシガレット巻紙。

前記燃焼調節剤を、1.0〜5.0重量%で含有することを特徴とする[6]に記載のシガレット巻紙。

[1]〜[7]のいずれか一項に記載のシガレット巻紙によりロッド形状に巻かれたたばこ刻みを含むたばこロッドと、
前記たばこロッドの一端にチップペーパーにより同軸上に接続されたフィルターと
を含むことを特徴とするシガレット。
Claims (5)
- 40〜55g/m2の坪量を有し、18g/m2以上の量で炭酸カルシウムが含有され、前記炭酸カルシウムの一次粒子が、柱状もしくは針状形状を有し、
前記炭酸カルシウムの一次粒子が、4以上10未満の平均アスペクト比を有し、且つ0.1〜1.5μm以下の平均長さ(L)を有し、
前記炭酸カルシウムの二次粒子が、イガ状の形態にあることを特徴とするシガレット巻紙。 - 0.4〜1.0g/cm3の密度を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシガレット巻紙。
- クエン酸のアルカリ金属塩からなる燃焼調節剤を含有することを特徴とする請求項1 又は請求項2に記載のシガレット巻紙。
- 前記燃焼調節剤を、1.0〜5.0重量%で含有することを特徴とする請求項3に記載のシガレット巻紙。
- 請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のシガレット巻紙によりロッド形状に巻かれたたばこ刻みを含むたばこロッドと、
前記たばこロッドの一端にチップペーパーにより同軸上に接続されたフィルターと
を含むことを特徴とするシガレット。
